    I was emailed an offer on Saturday night by your sales associate, Chad Morgan. After receiving the email on Saturday night by Chad Morgan, I called him to verify that the offer was real and the same as what was sent to me via email, (which I will attach to this email). I know that today is the last day for the employee pricing, so I stopped negotiating with the many other dealerships, as I was trying to get the best price. I am a single mom going through a divorce and every penny counts. I headed to the dealership this morning for 9:00 am with my check book and my 4th surburban to possibly trade in. Chad greeted us and we test drove the new Tahoe that I was certain I'd be leaving with soon. Once all of that was done, chad gives me an insulting offer for my trade and then tells me that the price of the new Tahoe is SIX THOUSAND higher than what we had agreed to Saturday night, which I had in writing AND had more than one conversation with him over the phone about. Here is the email that Chad sent below. And like I said, after receiving this email, I followed up with two phone calls just to make sure that this was: 1. A 2019 Tahoe that was new 2. It was an LT with leather 3. That the price was actually 43,399.00 as the email had quoted. I also added in the phone all that if for any reason the price were to change when I came in on Monday, that we would have a problem and that I will not buy the car. Chad assured me that would absolutely not happen, that I had "his word", that nothing about the offer would change. I asked him if this offer included me having to finance through GM to get the extra 1500 off and he said he was pretty sure that was the case. This is an "in writing" quote and I expect it to be honored. I've bought one of my other surburbans from Banner and had a fantastic experience, which is not what I experienced today. I wasted 2 hours of my time to be hoodwinked by a bait and switch offer. Chad told me that he made a mistake on this email. Well if that were the case, he made two other mistakes quoting this same price in 2 separate phone calls. They would not honor this offer when I arrived, even as it is in writing. I have now run out of time to deal with another dealership for the incentives that are ending today. I'm sorry Mr. Morgan says that he "made a mistake". Well Mr Flick, I do not think it's fair that I should have to pay for his mistake to the tune of an extra 6,000.00. I have family members that are stock brokers. When they makes a mistake with someone's account, they are held responsible and must eat that mistake by paying for the mistake. Let me add that Chad brought this issue to the manager and he also would not honor the in writing offer I had been given. I own a small business. When I quote a customer a price, I make sure that price is accurate, and if I make a miscalculation, then I own that miscalculation. But I guess we all know that this was no miss calculation. This was a bait and switch operation for sure, and is the oldest trick in the book. This dealership cannot be trusted. I left the owner Rick Flick a message. If I can't get any recourse there, I will call Chevrolet Corporate on Jan 2.

    Meet Matt Perniciaro. He's a service representative at Banner Chevrolet in New Orleans, LA. He scheduled an Oil Change, Tune Up and replacement key for my Chevy Equinox. Unbeknownst to me that Matt/Banner are scammers. I entrusted my car to him for repair only to find out this...I picked up my car upon my arrival to NOLA on Monday 2/10 at around 10:30am CST. By 11AM I had paid for my car and returned to work - only to find that my car had been hit - front and back door. Upon returning, Matt apologized and schedule my car for repair. I left there and dropped my car at a different dealership for additional repairs (I did this because I did not trust Matt -- this I will tell you about later) Around 12PM, I received a call from the service technician and asked me if I had an oil change because my oil is dirty. I called Matt, he assured me my oil was changed because he infact witnessed it. Then he got defensive and asked my why am I accusing him? I assured him that I was only calling to confirm after receiving a call from my new service tech., but warned him of the reprecussions if I find that my car infact was not properly serviced after having paid for it. I received a video and pictures of the oil and filter. I called Banner and asked for Rick the Service Manager -- he would not pickup or return my call. I finally spoke with Marlon West, the Sales Director - I explained what happened and sent photos to his cellular. I explained that I took my car to a different dealership because I received an invoice for the service provided and the estimate for my key was $250 -- when infact Matt and I had 2 different calls about the price. When I initially contacted Matt about a new key he told me the configuration was $70. He stated the key bob was $200. I told him that Autozone had the key bob for $63 -- he turned around and said on yeah, the key bob here is $69 - I said cool, add that to my service. However, when I arrived to drop off my car he forgot we spoke and told me the key would be $235. I reminded him of our conversation and he changed it back. Then when I received my electronic invoice the key was $250 - I called him and he said that the service tech added an additional change and he could not remove it. I told him remove the key from my service. Exactly one hour later Matt called me back and told me he was able to get the key reduced to our original amount, so I told him cool add it back. But because of this, my fraud guard was up - I had decided then that all other repairs would be completed else where. Now, hours after talking with the Sales Manager, I had not received a return call, so I texted him - he responded with his inability to speak with me because I have chosen to contact an attorney. Now of course I recorded my call with him and documented these events - in case I needed to lawyer up -- which due to my business I keep on retainer. The moral to this story is please becareful - I have no idea what purpose it served for Matt/Banner to lie to me. I could have permanently damaged my car or had an accident because of these lies. I believed they underestimated me, I am a business owner with an MBA. I am going to press forward and expose this to the public and try and prevent this from happening to anyone else.     4hrs for an oil change WITH an appointment. Unacceptable, I've heard about the wait but didn't want to believe it. I will not come again.

    I would stay away as this repair shop is a money grab. I spent nearly $8k in a matter of three…read moremonths at this shop with issues still persisting. Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

After hours he has the mobile mechanic business to help people get rapids done without the cost or time of towing your vehicle. He allowed me to buy parts, but he had means to get the parts as well. His labor cost are just around or slightly below Local norm. I feel like I saved about 30-40% on what a garage repair would cost. No price gauging he loo normal time for repairs and labor. Weekend labor prices may be a little higher. I am 100% satisfied. He left the old parts to show what was actually replaced. He diagnosed the issue in about 20 minutes, he has the diagnostic tools with him and show you what the issue is.
