I first took it to my local Ford dealership and asked them to check the car out and fix what needed fixing, the end result was very unsatisfactory leading to losing trust in their mechanics. I next took my Edge to a Christian Brothers auto shop in my area with the hopes of finding a trustworthy replacement for the Ford dealership. Strike Two!!! they tried to replace a part that Ford had already done . Bottom line , they tried to rip me off!!! I caught it and confronted their management. They won't get any more business from me. Moving forward to February 2026-My car started to experience front end suspension noises, AGAIN! (Ford fixed it-so I thought). I needed to find another shop that won't rip off the customer. Reputation is key! My search commenced and I found a local shop near me called "The Noble Mechanic" - (Reputation is key) I made an appointment and was assigned to service adviser Andrew. I told him my story and asked to have my car totally diagnosed and checked over again. I needed peace of mind on all previous work that was supposedly done that I was charged for. I stressed that I'm looking for a new shop to bring my family's business to. I received my car health report and was informed that the Ford dealership used NON-OEM third party parts when they repaired my front suspension. These were bad parts that didn't fit correctly and were failing. Adviser Andrew then provided options for me to consider and suggested the correct OEM equivalents over original OEM to save me $$$$. Overall, Their total car check and diagnosis is very detailed with pictures and the communication walkthrough is done with patience and clarity not rudeness and short answers. Although, I would like to see their labor rate charge of ($137.43 hr.) fully disclosed on invoices/bills (Had to ask Andrew for it) may be higher than other shops, but please consider this, you WANT a shop who employs highly trained and experienced mechanics who love cars and will NOT cut corners when repairing it. Reputation is key!!! Reviews count!! Thank you Andrew and your great team of mechanics for their work. The Noble Mechanic has earned our business going forward.

I was driving through town, all night on the road and had a check engine light come on. My truck automatically governs the speed and makes it a pain to drive. I still have 6 hours to go and saw this place next to a gas station. I stopped in and asked if they could make time to simply read a code so I had an idea of what to tell the dealer at my destination. I informed them that I had no problem on paying for the labor. The mechanic overheard the conversation, quickly came out with the computer, took fifteen minutes to read the code, pop the hood, look for a problem, reset the code, and say "We're good". Don't worry about it. No charge. Please support these guys with your buisness if you have an opportunity.

I had them replace a recommendation though they thought will be a problem in the near future at a reasonable price once again. My car is sounding great again. They're extremely trustworthy. I will get my 3rd noise fixed by them if it were to ever come back again. They were fantastic and didn't overcharge me. I previously went to a guy in Whitestown who worked out of his garage...what a huge mistake that was that's where many of my problems began. I should've asked for the price first. He overcharged me a bunch for just 2 brake pads. I also called another auto service in Zionsville and they quoted me a huge overcharged price. Learned my lesson the first time. I just hope Zionsville Auto continues with their amazing customer service & reasonable prices. They're my new go to place to fix all of my mechanical car issues.

They were very apologetic for being way off. Her car is an older Saab and most Shops won't work on Saabs because they are so different from more common cars. Thank you to Christian Brothers for admitting they were wrong and for letting us leave her car there for several days while we waited for a transport truck to get it back to Chicago.

I'm a repeat customer and have the choice of many repair shops in the area, but I chose to bring it to Noblesville because it was convenient for me and they seemed to do a good job. However, I recently experienced a noise in my front end, which I thought was suspension related, and I took it to them, but the noise was intermittent and they said they could not replicate the noise but then they told me that I needed $4600 in motor mount replacement, so I paid that went on the road and lo and behold, the noise came back, so I took it back to them. Then I took it for a test drive with one of their technicians, and he heard the noise that it was making. and said it was no big deal, that they would figure it out. So then I left my car with them for two weeks, only for them to tell me well, we can't really figure out what's wrong with your car, but it does need $2600 for the compressor for your air shocks. then they then they said, even with this, it's still may not fix the original problem which you brought the car in for. Unbelievable, so now I have to take it to someone else to figure out what a wrong. What a debacle.

I plan on giving them all my future service. Additional info - I just took my new used car to them because the brakes were absolutely crap. I had thought new rotors and pads all around would make it right again. The estimate was about 600 but strangely the next day when they started the work, I got a call from them saying I didn't need all the new parts and the eventual price was reduced to $173. Just got home and the brakes are like new. I am convinced these folks are the best most honest folks in the business. If you are in the general vicinity, you will want to know of the most honest family business you can work with. Kudos to them.
