Food here is awesome. Fresh, tasty, good portions, worth every penny. Buns & soup dumplings are to die for! Check them out.

Stopped by Bao Dumplings & Bao Tea for dinner one day. The staff was incredibly nice. There is a section just for bubble tea orders and the remainder of the space is the restaurant. We ordered the pork soup dumplings, wontons in spicy sauce, and noodle soup in spicy sauce. The dumplings were delicious and perfect for a cold day! I wish the broth in the noodle soup was a bit more thick because the flavor was there but it felt a little diluted.

Bao Dumplings & Bao Tea never disappoints! I have ordered bubble tea in person a few times and the staff is always friendly and fast. Recently, I have switched to ordering online due to the convenience of it. It was my first time purchasing food here and the bao buns are absolutely delicious. I also ordered the gluten sensitive friend rice and it was amazing. They have plenty of gluten free options, which is wonderful, especially since this one of the few places that have gluten free dishes like this. The portion since is also large, which is perfect for leftovers! The leftovers are also delicious the next day and do not lose the flavor and the rice does not become squishy. I highly recommend to those who are gluten sensitive and to anyone who is looking for a delicious meal!

Chefs soup for two with shrimp, chicken, and mixed vegetable. I added some chili oil which gave it a nice, not overwhelming kick.

Went here for lunch recently and it's our (my wife and I) 4th time here so a review is way overdue. The restaurant is clean and spacious and the staff is always very gracious and attentive. We had the cucumber salad, fried chicken wings, and chefs soup for two as appetizers. Our entrees were chicken and broccoli, and 12 fried pork and shrimp dumplings. Everything is fresh and delicious which is why it's one of our go to spots for lunch.

This may be the best restaurant around! The cucumber salad was the highlight for me, best i've ever tasted. We ended the meal with a nice tanghulu. All the food here raised the bar for good food. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and were very attentive to us! Will definitely be returning more often!

A casual spot to pick up dumplings, bao and bubble tea. You can eat in or take out. I chose to take out. There is plenty of parking in this very busy shopping plaza. The service is good and our order was well packed. Since it was just me and my two boys eating we only ordered a couple of things. The noodles, pork buns and dumpling sampler. All of the food was ok but a bit greasy. We also ordered tea and a fruit slush. My son loved his fruit slush, I thought it was very sweet. My other son ordered a matcha tea which he really enjoyed. I ordered a milk tea with boba. The milk tea was very good but the boba was really chewy and not edible. The one thing we all LOVED was the tanghulu. It's not something easy to find in this area and honestly surprising to find here. Overall, there are quite a few bubble tea places in the area which I like better, the Chinese food and pork buns are much better in other local places but the tanghulu is come back for in a heartbeat.

Veggie Bao Buns and shrimp chives dumplings with a bubble tea. It was pretty cool for my first time having bao buns and bubble tea. We did take out & it was cold by the time we got home and had to rewarm it, but no biggie. They included 3 delicious dipping sauces.

Took almost 30 mts just to get one order of dumpling done. Food just average. It's weekday and only 3 tables occupied.

We come every Christmas Day and then a couple times throughout the year (for the past 12 years or so). Every time we enter, they greet us with a hello, seat us at the same table each time, and they even remember our past orders--we practically don't even need to tell them what we want. This amazes me considering we only come a few times each year. The food is always delicious, and I love that they still serve vegetable dumplings here since I'm hard-pressed to find them anywhere else.

I had hoped Dim Sum Restaurant would be better than what the average rating on yelp had graded it, but upon arrival into the parking lot, i saw two cars parked. I jokingly said 1 was the chef and the other was the host... Unfortunately I was right. Not a single soul was frequenting the establishment for lunch time, another red flag in my head. The dreary interior I am used to. I'll visit a hole in the wall and eat the food no questions asked. However when the tables are sticky, the menus leave a nasty dirty grease film on your fingers, that should be another tell tale sign to run. The prices were insane. each dim sum dish started at around $4.95 each. Even the most expensive Dim sum eateries, they run around $2.95 to $4.50 for a large dim sum dish. We ordered the classics Sui Mai, Har Kow, Black bean spare ribs, some fried dumplings, and I got a chicken corn egg drop soup. The food was terrible. Har Kow was probably from the multipack I can buy at the local chinese supermarket, the big 20 package that you get from the freezer. The Siu Mai came 3 per order.. not 4... Black bean spare ribs were 100% frozen, and you could see the congealed cooked blood in the sauce and on the spare ribs. Egg drop soup had an ungodly amount of yellow food coloring in it. The only saving grace was the Fried Dumplings. while small in size, they were tasty and edible. All in all, even if you're desperate for chinese dim sum. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
