Cece was my therapist, and her technique was solid (4/5). I just wish she had asked about my pressure preference at some point, as I definitely would have asked for a bit more firmness. The facility itself is very clean (4/5), and I really appreciated that I was able to book a same-day appointment. One thing to note is that hot stones are an extra charge here, whereas other spots in the WPB area usually include them. This was my second time going, and it was even better than the first. I had a combo which was neck shoulders, and most of body combined with feet and legs. It is un invasive, totally relaxing, not embarrassing in terms of undressing in front of the therapist. Everyone was so professional. My therapist? Tom was beyond and above , he seemed to know each, and every not an ache and pain I had in my neck, shoulders, feet and legs.. I really ended up coming out feeling like a different person then I woke up feeling today. I am a server in a very busy restaurant and log about 8 miles a day on my feet. This will become a weekly treat for myself and I suggest for everyone. The price can't be beat, and it is well worth every penny. Be sure to tip your therapist as well. It has mock privacy with shears that hang between each bed, beautiful, meditative music, and the best reflexologists around! I was raised very homeopathically due to drug allergies, and I'm a big believer in homeopathy. I think a lot of people go to get a foot massage not realizing that the feet carry everything in our body. Came here because I saw a lot of great reviews. I made an appointment for 6:30pm. I got there at 6:15pm and waited a while. The lady at the front seems so rude. The massage was just alright. After paying $45 and giving a $8 tip, the lady at the front said it wasn't enough. She said you have to tip more. Uhh, no I do not. She said yeah you have to tip more. When I told her no way there was anything saying I should tip over an certain amount. She went behind the desk and pulled out some sheet about tipping. I threw an extra $5 and left. It was really good. I went with my husband for a 30 minute reflexology/foot massage. It was our first time. We walked in to a dimmed dark room and they put our feet in warm water. They then proceeded to give us a shoulder and neck massage. After that, they finished with our foot massage. We both agreed that we would go again. We felt relaxed and we just wish we would've gotten the 55 minute and not just the 30 minute one :) next time it is! I would improve the temperature of the room. It felt a little hot. And also I advise you all to tip your masseuse as soon as the massage is done. Had a gift card and like others have said wasn't allowed to use it. The massage was just a generic one size fits all and while relaxing did nothing for me. I left just as sore as I came. I'm a nurse and am on my feet constantly. My feet are KILLING me and I felt no different. The massage itself was rough they make no effort to get to know you or your needs and I left uncomfortable and like I was bothering them. First off it's been sometime since I've been back here & I was unaware that the place had changed owners. I walked in yesterday to make an appointment carrying my gift certificate that my mister gave me over a year ago for Valentine's Day , I know , I know it's outdated by now but I thought I'd give it a try ! My son had gotten me a gift certificate for a 90 minute reflexology, when it came time to pay, they tried to charge me more due to covid and they had a price increase. After explaining that they should honor the gift certificate they finally said ok but they will not ever accept again, making me feel like the bad guy. Not my problem you had a price increase. Still need to honor your gift cards that you have already been paid for. I gave a nice generous tip to my massage guy, however, he was so rough with me, I can't say it was enjoyable. Buyer beware. This place is awful. I have given them over a month to address my complaint and have been ignored completely. I went in June 23rd with a headache. The second "therapist" took it upon himself to yank my neck and crack it to the left. 2 hours later my neck started to hurt. I went in and told June. The next day my chiropractor said neck was in spasm. The following day I was in so much pain I went to urgent care for relief. After about a week the spasm went away. I simply asked that I be reimbursed for my chiropractor visits and they've ignored me. I do not have time or energy to pursue this, but people should know they are taking a risk. read more

Visited Bao Foot Spa for the first time yesterday with my Mom. We booked the 60min full body massage. The place is very nice, clean, and smells good. Staff is also very friendly. My mom and I both have to say it was one of the best massages we have had in awhile! The only disappointment was being we got "full body massages" and they are a foot spa, they actually did not massage our feet, not even for a few mins. My guy wiped my feet with towel at the end and my moms feet weren't touched. When we asked about it they said full body they really don't do the feet, have to get the "combo" option next time. Bao Foot Spa kept popping up in my search for new massage places, so we made last minute Friday night plans to visit our first foot spa. I called at 7pm to make a 7:30pm reservation. There's no online booking system but the lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice accommodating. Easy enough. We walked up to the entrance which had completely blacked-out door and windows from the outside. I could smell lavender right as I opened the door, which led us to a separate entrance where we checked in. After a quick review of their services and confirming how long we wanted our treatment, the lady walked us through the next door which led to the main massage area. WOW. Talk about ambience. It was quiet, dark, and smelled absolutely heavenly. As you can tell in the pictures, the massage beds aren't completely enclosed but it surprisingly doesn't distract too much from the massage. I'm consciously aware that there were other beds and people there, but they do such an amazing job of maintaining a quiet environment that you don't really notice the other patrons. I've had many massages in many countries at many different establishments. After Friday night, I can officially say that they gave me the best massage of my entire life. And that's with clothes on lol. Ken started off by soaking my feet in a wooden tub while giving me a neck/upper back massage. I moved to the massage bed starting off face down for a head, neck, upper back and leg massage, then flipping over for a short face massage before he gave me the greatest foot and lower leg massage. One thing to note is the pressure was firm/deep which I love, so if you come expecting a Swedish-style massage consider yourself warned. This place was so much more than just a foot spa, and completely exceeded any and all expectations I had. I have only gone once but the one time i went was really great! BUT! I will say this be warned haha it is a bit sketchy walking in. I brought my mom here since so many of my friends say it is amazing! Fine! Let's go try it mom! We arrive and were sent back. No explanation on what is about to happen. Only thing I knew was 30 minutes of foot massage that includes neck, back, and calves. You are led into a VERY dark room holding hands with the front desk lady. very dark. We are sat on foot pedestal. Ok. They start by soaking your feet which we said no to because we just got our toes done a bit before. They put a towel over your shoulders and rub your shoulders, neck, little bit of back. Then you are asked to lay down. They cover your eyes with a towel. They put another larger towel on top of you. The calves and feet are rubbed. Now some spots were a little to much for me but hey they are getting the knots out. The end though was the WHAT part. They hike your knee up to your ear to stretch it. Then on to the other knee. What if my knees aren't able to do this. I have bad hips for being so young. There are no questions asked about your body. Make sure you talk to the front person if you have major issues before being massaged! All in All I will return! read more

I've become a big fan of reflexology, and needed a local spot to indulge. Being fairly close, I've been 2x in a month, and it's easily worth it. If you've never been, they're all fairly similar. A little close quarters check in area, then a barely Lit room with lounge chairs and waterfall/Yani music. This is pretty much right in line with that design. They take appointments, but have also been accommodating for my spur of the moment walk in. They have the 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, I think $26/33 is the price. They start you off sitting up, do a little back/neck/arm work, then lay you down for the foot work. Make sure to bring cash, because "cash is preferred for tips" Just make sure you only bring enough cash for the tip, because the front desk lady will coax you into paying for it all in cash read more
