Beef with mushrooms way too fatty - had to spoon off 3 serving spoons before eating, and the veggies were good but greasy. Similar issue but not quite as bad with the prior beef dish we ordered. Shrimp dishes are usually fine, but very expensive for what you get. Boneless spareribs ranged from luke warm to cool - unacceptable. Sushi rolls are generally fine. Sadly, can no longer recommend this local business.

The braising liquid only imparted slight amounts of spicy, as evidenced by its brackish color. It imparted equally little flavors - the fragrance of chili oil and sharpness of peppercorn seemed notably absent. Overall, I would still return to Sei Bar. I know to skip the 水煮鱼片 next time.
