I've always dealt with Brian in the past but this time the Universe's wheel of fortune provided Derrick. Brian told Derrick is great. Super cool dude. Very passionate about his job. Aussie accent. He told me his story. We hit it off. He cleaned my messy grill. I always ask a lot of questions. I'm nosy/friendly that way and enjoy getting to know people. Derrick is good people. He gave me a succinct tutorial on the dangers and risks of Australian animals and reptiles, which I appreciated, since it's completely saving me expensive airfare and unnecessary jet lag. Thanks, buddy. I always hate to get a perfectly clean grill dirty again because it looks so amazing and I want to keep it that way forever BUT I did burgers the next day and of course they were spectacular. (And afterward I scrubbed that thing clean and got it almost back to Derrick-standards, but not quite.) Normally I go all out with guacamole and fancy pickles and exotic toppings. This time I wanted to taste the meat fresh from Derrick's fantastically clean handiwork so I kept it simple. Bun. Cheese. Meat. Charred to medium rare perfection... And as I ate I thought about something Derrick said while he worked. He told me he enjoys doing work that brings joy and happiness to people. It's not just cleaning grills. Made a big impression on me. Not to get all touchy-feely writing a Yelp review! Shouldn't we all have that same attitude? God bless you Brian and Derrick. I know you'll continue making Kevin proud.

He was polite and professional - a great representative of your company. His work took about 3-hours and resulted in what looks like a brand new grill. After doing some research on the various companies out there I decided to go with SD BBQ Cleaners plus it didn't hurt they had a promotion going on for $50 off so took advantage of it. Scheduled the appointment online, which was very easy to do, and received a call from the company a week before our appointment letting us know they had a cancellation and if we wanted, they could come out that day. Fortunately, we were available. Hugo arrived promptly and took a look at the grill. Set up a large cloth/tarp on the back patio and moved the BBQ on top of it. I appreciated that extra step because who knows what could have gotten on the patio during the cleaning. He was very through in his cleaning, inside and out of the grill. Grill looks close to brand new again and we were very pleased with the services offered by SD BBQ Cleaners and services rendered by Hugo. The man knows what he's doing. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get their grill cleaned up.

The guys came out to clean the barbecue today and did an excellent job. You definitely get what you pay for.
