I had the best, friendliest and most informative assistance from Jessica and their prices couldn't be beat. They are not just there to sell grills, but to help provide you with the best outdoor cooking experience you can have. This meant a lot to me. After my contractor installed the equipment the the rotisserie igniter wasn't working. I called Jessica and then Lynx warranty and scheduled a repair visit. The next day she called back and said her husband wanted to "fit me in" during deliveries to see what the problem was. I wasn't home but they stopped by and quickly discovered that the wrong transformer had been shipped with my grill and changed it out. They noticed that the gas line was not the proper size and could be effecting the performance and also that the contractor had not known how to fully adapt the grill to the size of out counter. When I arrived home, to my surprise, the igniter was working, the gap in the counter was not longer there, and my grills were glowing to full capacity due to the larger gas line. That evening the salmon came off the grill quicker and tastier than ever. We were impressed and thankful. I definitely recommend visiting them if you have any outdoor cooking needs.

When we discovered a leak just before our warranty expired in December, we called for service. The technician confirmed the leak and suggested we remove the insulation ourselves to expedite the repair, which we did. We quickly located the problem: a leaking 3-inch PVC fitting. When we called to schedule the repair, we were told it wouldn't be covered under warranty due to evidence of rodent droppings. While I understand denying coverage for damage caused by rodents (like chewed hoses), this was a large 3-inch PVC fitting--clearly a workmanship issue, not rodent damage. Regardless, we were willing to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. That's when owner Ian called (when I spoke with him I was unaware he was the owner). Rather than schedule the repair, he advised us to hire a local handyman because his technician would charge us for probably around $1,300 "or more." The technician was prepared to come out when Ian called him back and questioned why we were proceeding with the repair. I was shocked that the owner actively discouraged us from using his own service. We canceled and hired a local professional who was supportive, knowledgeable, and completed the repair quickly for one-third of the quoted price. He shared with us the leak was due to shoddy work when the spa was made, not the work of a rodent. After years as satisfied customers of the spa we purchased from them, this experience was deeply disappointing. A business owner should stand behind their products and support their customers--not turn them away.

The immediate issue prompting this review is that I had an issue with a washing machine at my rental property in February last year (2025). Called Aiden (I think he goes by Adam now based on responses I'm seeing on here) and he quoted $380 for the parts (capacitor and control board) and another $300 for labor. Then he mentioned that they have a warehouse and could sell me a similar refurbished unit and it would be $800 all in to buy and have it delivered and installed. I agreed since we had a good working relationship to that point. Well, the machine broke this past week and he is saying that the part needed (main bearing for the basket?) is no longer available and proceeded to offer to sell me a different machine to replace the defective one. I no longer trusted his word so I just bought a replacement machine from Home Depot and tacked on the 5 year extended coverage policy. The other recent bad experience I had with this company is when my tenant at another property was complaining about water coming up from the air gap from his dishwasher a couple months ago in February. Aiden told me the garbage disposal was the main culprit but that I needed to replace the dishwasher pump. Charged $83 for the pump and $350 for labor and said he could replace the disposal for an additional $500. I passed on getting the disposal changed because I knew my regular plumber would charge less. After they replaced the pump Aiden tells me they need to replace the water line as well for $90 and I said OK. After they replaced that line the tenant texted me and said that water was continuing to come out of the air gap. Problem was finally fixed when my plumber replaced the disposal (for $300). This made me think that the pump replacement was completely unnecessary and a waste of my money. Leaving a 3 star review because I had a good experience with them prior to this year and Aiden seems to be a nice guy but definitely would not recommend buying their appliances and will no longer be doing business with them.
