Scheduled the appointment online, which was very easy to do, and received a call from the company a week before our appointment letting us know they had a cancellation and if we wanted, they could come out that day. Fortunately, we were available. Hugo arrived promptly and took a look at the grill. Set up a large cloth/tarp on the back patio and moved the BBQ on top of it. I appreciated that extra step because who knows what could have gotten on the patio during the cleaning. He was very through in his cleaning, inside and out of the grill. Grill looks close to brand new again and we were very pleased with the services offered by SD BBQ Cleaners and services rendered by Hugo. The man knows what he's doing. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty. The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. I stopped at the warehouse sale I happen to catch and the team was really eager to help me after discussing my wants and needs and budget. There was one set that I wasn't totally sold on so I left that day without anything, but I couldn't stop thinking about it so I went to the store the next day in the village and John was able to help set me up with order and payment and delivery all before the 4th of July! Delivery was smooth they showed up on time and were able to bring everything into the backyard and AJ went above and beyond and helping style to make our backyard cozy. They didn't have the side table that came with my set in stock at the time of delivery, but they let me choose another one and I picked up at the store at a later time. I didn't even think about using Skyler's because I assumed it would be out of my budget, but I'm really happy with my purchase and now our backyard is cozy and usable. I would consider shopping at Skyler's next time I need a new piece of furniture. I love that it's locally owned and the customer services above and beyond thank you AJ, John Skyler and Brent!
