I have used Grill Masters for a cleaning before and loved the results but this review is more to show my appreciate for John's help. We recently had a termite treatment. When that was resolved, the gas company came out to do an inspection for leaks and identified a leak coming from the grill. I contacted John. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me to understand the issue and made me send pictures for his review. He realized this was a problem that his team did not focus on and took the time to explain the issue. He then recommended me to another person for the fix. It's rare that I leave reviews but I'm pleased to write this one. My husband contacted John to clean our backyard grill for the summer. John was incredibly professional, showing up on time and ready to clean. We were pleased to find out we'd been taking good care of the grill and that their wasn't as much cleaning that needed to be done. However, John gave us even better tips on how to manage and care for the grill, even some information and timing on when things should be replaced. Grill Masters is as advertised......if you have a nice BBQ grill where the TLC has been a little lacking over the years, they will spring into action and bring your bad boy back to life. "Well I could do that myself", you say? Well you ain't gonna. Otherwise you wouldn't be on yelp reading my review. Plus, they are going to do it better anyway. They have the right products, and experience. My Twin Eagles Grill is 2 years old. It was time to give back a little bit of love for the hard work it's been put through. Large Prime Porterhouse Steaks, Filet Mignons, Marinated Pork Chops and Chicken, Seafood, 2/3rd pound burgers, and even something called Vegetables have sat upon that grill. After a this year's Labor Day Sausage Fest, where I did 25 Italian sausages that smoked up a storm, I promised my Twin Eagles the cleaning it deserved. In comes Grill Masters, pulled everything apart and went to work like a couple of surgeons. I wasn't about to watch their every little move, but the buzz of metal being buffed clean, made me confident I was getting my money's worth. A couple of hours later, an almost brand new looking grill stood where the previously black and orange stained one previously did. I should mention, this was the second time I used Grill Masters. They are also very useful if you need to purchase a brand new grill. The previous owner of my home left me an old Viking Grill that wasn't salvageable. However the base was, and John recommended the Twin Eagles as a replacement that would sit upon the base. He and Chris lined everything up, got me a little discount from the online prices, and installed it cleanly. I say that because a couple extra pieces of metal were needed for it to be a clean finish around the granite bar. Nobody really wants to pay $$$$$ for a high end grill, but if you do, it better look amazing afterwards, and that it did. I'm glad to see that business is going well for them, and knew the day would come when they would take care of all my cleaning needs. We own a expensive Twin Eagle BBQ. We called the manufacturer and they recommended Grill Masters for servicing and cleaning. Had a phone call with John and shared with him two issues we were having and he said he would stop by and take a look prior to us having the grill cleaned by them. I've used the service twice to deep clean my Lynx bbq. You get what you pa for and while the service is not cheap it's definitely worth it. They pretty much dismantle the bbq and clean every inch of it. They are also very clean and don't leave a spot when they're done. read more
