    Had a great experience with this company. Albert was my technician and showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning our very dirty grill. He even sent me a before and after picture so I could see the difference. The price was fair and the process was seamless. Highly recommend!

He cleaned out the burners and fixed the wiring that had been chewed by rodents. Not only do all the burners work again (and evenly), but my rotisserie is back to working again. He also did an incredible job cleaning the grill, making it look refreshed and clean. He charged half of what some other local companies were quoting me. I'll also add that scheduling with him was a breeze. I would highly recommend using OC Grill Cleaning for your all your grill needs. Julian is professional, thorough, and most importantly, honest with his work. He is now my go to person for any grill issues or maintenance.

The pricing was very competitive and there were no "gotchas" after he arrived. Julian spent close to 3 hours cleaning my 6 burner built-in grill - he was very meticulous and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. As my grill was quite old and was not properly maintained by the previous owner, there were a number of parts that had seen better days. Julian was very helpful recommending cost-conscious 3rd party replacement parts and talking me through how to make the replacements myself. He offered to take my call or come by if I encountered any issues replacing parts myself down the line. I was thoroughly impressed with his diligent work, his customer-focused work ethic, and his friendliness. A true 5-star job - I will not look elsewhere when it comes time to clean again!

    I regret hiring this company. I spent well over $1,000.00 on repair of my grill including a new LED…read morelight harness, switches, burners, etc. Everything they recommended and told me I needed. About a year after install of the parts from pro grill, the LED lights begin to fail and then stop working completely after a year and a half. I used the grill less than 5 times since their work so noticing wasn't highest on my agenda. When I realized the lights were completely out, it was a year and a half time from date of repair. I reach out to pro grill for help. The first person (didn't get his name) wanted and tried to help and said they'd be getting back to me. No one ever did. I had to reach out 3 different times over the span of a month. They'd respond after a week or so to each email or voicemail left. I felt back burnered, no pun intended. If it's not a new sale, they don't care. It's as simple as that, that's how I feel. They finally emailed me back saying it would cost around $200 for them to come look at my grill and then give me a price on what's wrong and what it will cost to fix. My blood boiled reading that. After spending this kind of money with them on a bbq repair and they don't have the decency to come look and see what failed in their install? LED lights are meant to last a VERY long time. Not a year or year and a half and only using them less than a handful of times. I called them immediately after receiving that email and talked with someone that said, my issue is above his pay grade and told me he'll let the manager know. I asked when I can expect that call and he didn't know. The manager calls me shortly after the call. We speak about the issue, and how I feel. He tells me they don't warranty anything they sell or install. Huh? You charge people thousands of dollars and have no stand behind on the work or the parts you install? Why would anyone use you after learning that? You don't learn that they don't cover it until you need their help though, that's the deal. I tell the manager how displeased I am with the whole experience. Taking weeks if not a month to get back to me, no responsibility taken, making me pay even after a month of trying to just speak with someone at your company, just to have your guy come back and look at their install and parts you sold me, and sell me the same service and part again? No thanks. He finally says, ok, we'll have someone come by and look at it for free for you but if it needs new parts we will not cover that or install. Great thanks, when can I expect that? Our office will call you to schedule. Great thanks a lot. Never heard from them again. That was over a week ago. To the ownership: listen to your customers frustrations. Try and help or solve the issue. Don't shut them down. Improve your communication. Why is it taking weeks to respond to an email or voicemail when a customer has an issue with your service? I bet if I needed a new service of some sort, you'd be Johnny on the spot. Improve manager training, and if who I spoke to is the owner, that's a shame because you failed on every aspect of customer service. Your staff failed in properly communicating and responding, then when it got escalated to management, you did nothing to help solve the issue and what you said you would do, you didn't do and I never heard back from you forcing me to express my experience. To new customers, there's lots of great companies out there, make sure you do your research and choose the right one.
