We called ahead to Saginaw Surplus about a specific door we needed for our house. The person on the phone said they had it in stock, and the website showed the same--so we drove over an hour to get there. When we arrived, we found out they didn't have the correct swing door after all. The employee we spoke with admitted he hadn't actually checked before confirming over the phone. When he finally got up to look, he just said there was nothing he could do--no offer to order one in, no attempt to help us find a solution, nothing. The attitude was dismissive, and it was clear they didn't want to make any effort to help. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and gas. We won't be going back and definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

They came right out and laser measured the patio and the glass windows and said they could solve our problem and within a few weeks we had brand new sliding storm windows and screens that fit like a glove! We were thrilled! That upgrade also increased the value of our home when we sold it a few years later. So recently I decided I wanted a frameless shower door on our new home as I didn't like the one I had. So of course I called Mansfield Glass because of what a great job they did on my former home.
