You have to at least call and ask for Randy- Amazing knowledge to be so young and breaks down what they are going to do so you know why car body repairs costs what it does and he sets your expectations now and if you are paying out of your pocket, will work with you where he can to lower the cost without compromising the quality. Randy Munguia the General Manager took care of everything - Joanna at the front desk coordinated the rent car, keep me updated, they send text messages to let you how far along they are so there is no guessing when they will be finished. I had some dents, scratches that had been on the car years I alwasy intended someday to fix, that were starting to rust, and some other issues but Randy did more than that even though I paid about a 1K for those repairs and paint, he even polished my haelights and I didn't ask for that nor did he charge me. This is a 2012 Honda Accord LX-P (WHITE) 4 door and I almost thought they repainted the whole thing. They buffed out the paint and with the other work that was done it almost looks like a new car the day I drove it off the lot. If you didn't know better it you'd think it was garage keep and only driven on Sunday's. Even the neighbors thought I got a new car and my wife thought they repainted it. I can only say they will get any business for body work I ever have in the future. The Back Story: I had some damaged caused by a parking stop at a Dental office that was also the location of the property management company. A piece of rebar sticking up caught under the air foil and pulled off the bumper, the underneath cover, and the left wheel tire cover - almost all of the underneath all from one piece of rebar - yeah that's right. I couldn't believe it. I barely pulled over it, I didn't see it as it was at night but trying to back off slowly it just made it worse I think. Their insurance company (Liberty) sent me to Gerber one of the newer collision repair places in Texas. they are a northern based company out of Chicago but the parent company is in Canada. Having only one experience at a collision repair place (Service King (never again) off of Rufe Snow) Gerber is across the street. Go to Gerber.

Went in a couple of weeks ago because the glue they used was failing, and my rear glass was close to flying out. I did not expect a warranty repair after that long, but at least stand by your ads and repair it. Gave me a song and dance about glues not matching that years glue? Huh? remove all the old adhesive, and reglue. I asked to have a tech look at it. Sales person up front said $800 or go to a Mom and Pop shop. I love both my mom, and pop. I trusted them to care for me, and my well being, to love me. So I left and drove about two miles from them to Auto Glass Xperts. Mom greeted me at the door with a huge smile. Quickly had a couple of Xperts look at my glass and give me the lowdown. Yes, they can Repair, yes they can replace. Both services together less than the one option at Safelite. I had it repaired so I could go on a trip. I am back, and now I just had the new glass installed. Both still cost less than SL. The nerve of them to use the term "Mom and Pop", in such a derogatory fashion and think customers that choose smaller shops might not get the best service over theirs. AGX proved to be the Mom and Pop we all need. No catchy jingle, just savings that fold neatly in your wallet. You are paying for glass and labor, not commercials the other guys don't stand by anyway. Despite the hassle and unexpected expense, I had a very positive experience with Auto Glass Xperts from initial contact through the actual home visit and back window replacement. The woman who assisted me during my intake call was polite and professional, despite it being close to closing time. She explained the entire process to me as well as the charges, and assured me someone would come to my home the following afternoon between 1 and 5. I felt the price was reasonable enough that's I didn't bother to shop around for something better and booked my appointment. Brandon showed up at 1pm. He was very professional, courteous, and detailed oriented. He made sure I understood the process and made recommendations on how to deal with any remaining glass that their machines might not be able to vacuum up. He efficiently took care of my window and did a great job. Not only that but there were no surprise charges or anything like that. He also made sure to explain how long Auto Glass Xperts guaranteed their work and how long I should wait before any washing or tinting of my window. I really appreciate Brandon's professionalism and friendliness. It was obvious he took great care in his work and also enjoyed working with customers. I initially looked up auto glass companies because Safelite went up in price (they're who I've…read morealways used for windshield repair and replacement) and they're not close to me now that I've moved. In my research I found Saber. I called the number listed on the site and Shawn the technician answered, giving me a quote for my 4runner with sensors, without and with heat (some models have different features). His pricing was about $90 less AND they're mobile at no extra charge (Safelite charges for mobile). My appointment was set for between 9-11am. Shawn called when he was on his way and the actual installation only took about 30 minutes! Super fast and so far, I'm pleased with the job. I haven't used my heated windows to see how well they work with this glass (it's not cold now, so I will find out come winter). But I know I'll pass inspection now, at least! Thanks for my new windshield (my old one had a crack all the way across from on off-roading situation)!
