After consulting with him, I opted for 5 implants. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Han explained everything he was doing and was ably assisted by Desiree and Emily who was in training. They were a great team! The whole process took just a bit over an hour. I expected to look and feel like I had been in a bar fight but after following the post-op instructions I was pretty much back to normal in a day or so. This week on almost no notice I informed them that my insurance was going away at the end of the month and they got me in for a cleaning and fillings in subsequent - even staying open the Friday before Labor Day to accommodate me as the last patient of the day. Aside from the implant issue the dental hygienist Nancy would repeatedly call me the wrong name for years despite my repeated attempts to NORMALLY and politely ask her not to (unfortunately I used to have an unusual foreign name prior to my gender transition) and when I attempted to address the issue with Dr. Samani he suggested I find another dentist. Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly. Do not go here. It's like they need to be trained even just to not give their clients nicknames.
