There was even a moisturizer for my skin that's in-store that I thought I could only catch at another certain store, so knowing that Kim's is up the street from me makes it all beneficial. Every time I step foot in, I'm greeted, no matter who's on the clock that day (or night). They're always willing to help because there's so much to choose from, even if there's something you're looking for specifically (hence my opening two sentences). I can only imagine how long this location has been here & I don't see it going anywhere (as far as shutting down like other businesses at Gilcrease Hills Center have).

She made it clear we needed an appointment, but if we gave her a minute she'd see if she could help us. There was only one customer in the store. We looked at a few wigs as we waited, not realizing there was a string and tag that she wanted tucked behind each wig. She made it clear we needed to put those back behind the wigs. There was no doubt she had no desire to help us so we went to Judy's Wigs on Memorial and had a great experience. Thanks to Judy's Wigs, we now understand wig etiquette, how to care for them, and left with a great wig for my mother. Though it looked like a nice shop, we would not recommend Wigs & More to anyone.

The clasp was huge and nearly impossible to secure on the back of my head. PLUS it showed and was obvious for all to see, which is a definite no-no even in the cheapest pony tails. Of course they won't take it back even though it is defective--and who on earth would accept a credit for it in a store that has already scammed you out of your first purchase!!

This was another lie you told me, I went to two different hair stylist they said I can't have it cut due to being a synthetic wig. Did not let me come inside turned of the lights and when I tried to call to get a manger number to complain the next day hung up on my phone and blocked my number...
