Like a huge showroom floor of the best stuff. We went on a late Thursday morning and there wasn't many people there at all. Our issue was the workers. The few we spoke too seemed to either be unknowledgeable, uninterested and lacked customer service skills. The lady working the front entrance I hope was new because she was clueless about everything including the layout. The representing that she finally got for us after about 15 min of us roaming around seemed like she would rather get a route canal then help us out. Also kinda spoke to us like we were the expert and should know about the brands and product. When the main focus of our visit is to to see what our options were and to see what we liked. I'd say about 24-48 hours we made our purchase but not from here. The customer service experience turned us off. The pricing at This establishment is in the high end. However as mentioned they only have high end things on the showroom floor. So that is to be expected. Most people including us do not mind to spend a little extra for nicer things but we do expect to recover knowledgeable and helpful information before making a purchase of large magnitude.

After we got to enter the showroom and found some items we loved, she couldn't help because she had to stand at the door, but we could be put on a waitlist or look it up online. I did not drive to the store to then go look it up online. This store has some really nice pieces, but very poor customer service. They took social distancing to a new level! All in all, we wanted to purchase items for our bathroom remodel today, but I refuse to buy from a place with poor customer service.

I received a text confirming that Jaime would arrive at a specific date and time. Jaime did arrive on schedule with his measuring equipment, but he did not bring any samples. He told me he would follow up in a couple of days with pricing. It has now been over 12 days with no estimate and no communication. He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.

After some conversation with my spouse we decided to go with Conner's and we are very happy we made that choice. Not only did they finish on time but all the workers who came into my house were friendly and respectful. There was good communication from the office as to who would be coming to work and on what day. When we encountered a few problems (like the floor heating vent was right where the vanity needed to be), Conner's found a good solution. The bathroom is beautiful And well worth the price we paid. I've been looking for that "just right" bistro table and two chairs for my new home. Months of looking and then Anna showed me an ecletic table which I didn't notice, then the piece de resistance, a perfect chair too. Can't wait to get this table home, the seat of the chair is going to be recovered with a terrific material from England covered with adorable cows. And the Polish Pottery line has been expanded with various designs.

I called and they unlocked the door for me. They have 4 tubs on the floor, but to pass on the sentiments of the lady that works there, you can't afford the really big one because that brand runs from a low of 5K to 8 or 9K. So don't bother even looking or you will offend her. Not sure how she gets to judge how much money I make to basically say I can't afford it lol! I most certainly can and I just might buy one and walk in with my sales receipt from a DIFFERENT VENDOR just to show her. Because I can be petty like that circa Pretty Woman, "Big Mistake! Big!"
