He also didn't seem particularly interested in the project or in answering our questions. This lack of follow‑through is disappointing and unprofessional. If a company has the tools to take measurements on-site, there's no reason an estimate should take this long. Two other companies measured the same space with basic tools and still provided same‑day quotes. Choose a company that values your time and delivers on what they promise.
