I went through the whole process of getting a W/D from Appliance Warehouse. After paying for the initial payment, conveniently the phone lines went down, the emails were rejected, & so was the website. I tried many times & even got a couple of my friends to try to contact them & they received the same results NOTHING. All forms of communication were exhausted, BUT they had my money, tho. Not sure if I would even get the delivery at this point, but the delivery man showed up days later. The man was outside for almost an hour cleaning out & wiping down the W/D. Should I have passed on the delivery, yep sure should have, but my money had done been taken, so once he finally got it in. I thoroughly cleaned them myself, before attempting to use them. I asked him where they were located so I would know & was told "oh you dont need to know that, its a warehouse." I said "ummm yes, I would like to know so I can have some form of contact." He said (while laughing) you can't go there & our phones don't work, the email & website are down too. We are going "old school" & using paper & pen now. It was even hard trying to find your orders. Hmmm oook. Well same day one of receiving the W/D. 1st attempt FAILED. 2nd attempt FAILED 3rd attempt FAILED. I immediately called AGAIN & to my surprise guess what, still NO CONTACT, no surprise there. I made so many calls starting from day one & lasting for weeks & couldn't get in contact, because all lines of communication suddenly were non existent. My friends tried & could not get connected. Emails were rejected & the website, yeah, bogus & not working either. We tried so many times, & I said I'm not trying anymore. I did another review from the beginning of this awful experience & expected them to respond & make arrangements to pick up, NOPE. Well now they just called for a payment, like yeah, that's going to happen. I am just going to spend more money for something that has never worked. Yeah, ok. Hold on while I get a payment for ya, NOT. They have been sitting here, unused, occupying my space, since you took my initial payment in February. As for you Ms."C" please look for another job, because you will get plenty more calls like you just had with me, I promise you.
