Hours and days not updated on yelp or google. Dropped off barber machines to get fixed on 6/19. I called on 6/22 for update, no answer so I left voice-mail. Went to store location and was closed before closing hours. Called again on 6/23, no answer, left voice-mail. If you are not going to be available you should be a professional and contact customers and let them know you'll be closed, especially as a barber the weekends is the busiest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS! Placed an order online, received a conformation email after I paid, but no shipping confirmation email. I tried calling multiple times, no response. Tried emailing, no response. Even went as far as contacting them on Instagram. I got a response saying "Let me check" and 3-4days later they read my messages but don't respond. So I give up. I placed the order 08/10/19 and here it is 08/26/19 and I've get to receive and correspondence on if and when I'll receive the items that I've paid for. Horrible . I will be honest the very first time I went was a bad experience said he will be finish with my clippers later in the day . I came back they wasn't finish I said that's fine.came back the next day a hour before closing time and he was just working on my clippers, I had my family in car young kids wife etc . Then start telling me a story about customers if he's speaking badly . I had arrived 2 hours before closing time and he said he would be able to fix 6 of my machines. I arrived exactly 2 hours later and he had finished 5 machines. The last machine I told him if it was possible to fix it the next day and have it shipped to my address because I live 2 hours away. He said that was fine, so I payed him 10$ for shipping and then left with the 5 machines he " fixed". Later that night I arrived home and tested each machine, 4 machines worked fine but one machine didn't even turn ( which was a brand new trimmer ) so I was disappointed. I ordered clippers from this company and when I received the clipper it was missing the blade. I contacted them immediately and sent them a picture. They said they would overnight the blade next day. It's been over a month and I haven't received the blade. The worst part No one will call me back, no one will text me back, no one will respond to my messages on Instagram or Facebook. I'm a single mother and spent this money because it was required by the company I got hired from, they were $100 and I can't even use them. I am actually so disappointed that any business would still be running if this is the way they treat their customers. I expect a full refund and I'll return the clipper as I received it or I want my blade, it's that simple. I didn't order from Amazon because I support small business owners. I was referred to this place by a friend. Had a bad experience. My clippers have been here for over a month and they never really worked on them . When I came back to pick them up it had different parts on them. Not my original parts they changed my brand new cord to an old cord the bottom piece was scratched and damaged . The metal plate was bended and it's not the same one that it came with. I wonder what else they changed in the inside ! They thought I wouldn't notice . Taking my new parts and replacing them with old messed up parts . I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

The awesome owner Abel started this business not that long ago but he's been fixing clippers and customizing them since he was younger from his garage. He has barbers from all around coming to get their clippers sharpened, cleaned and even customized. His business is still growing and he just recently started adding shaving supplies like shaving cream's, shaving soaps, safety razors, straight razors, five blade razors and more. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I came here one day to replace a motor for my t-outliner hairline clippers. I dropped the clippers off and came back two hours later only to find out the clippers were not finished being serviced. COOL! I come back the next day and still no repairs complete. COOL!
