What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

You make an appointment and you still wait over 15 minutes for your wax service even if you check in early or on time isn't great. European Wax Center has a Late Policy Form Stating if you're 9 minutes late you will be marked as a no show, what happens when they don't respect your appointment time ? So if you have time to waste or if you want to sit around smelling wax then book here.

I've gone to various places for a wax and hers is much softer and moisturizing, but definitely gets the job done. I only go for bikini wax, but I know she also does the rest of the body. Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! It's easy to schedule your appointments with her and you also receive text and email reminders that it's coming up.
