They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

6/23/26 I have been…read morewaiting to get my brows fixed by Chloe for some time now. However, my previous brow work was horrendous I had to get it lasered after I checked in with Chloe. I did 3 rounds of laser removal but my it left my right brow a bit albino and my left brow still had an outline of the old tattoo. I didn't want to pay for another round of laser removal just for one brow so I checked in with Chloe again to see the status. I came in today to meet with Chloe and Debra in person so she can tell me her thoughts on the removal status. She said it's a go and we proceed with a nano combo brow in mid July. She listened to my desired design and concerns (PTSD about shading) and recommended a light nano combo brow. She drew a sneak peak on my left brow and I was happy with the design. Since my last laser session was 5/2/26, she encouraged me to use A&d or neosporin nightly to heal my laser brows until I next see her in July. Even though the lasered brows look healed, the skin may still be boggy underneath when the tattoo goes in. This was educational for me and very thoughtful. I greatly appreciated Debra for helping with translation and getting all my questions to Chloe appropriately :) can't wait to be back in July! Keep ya'll posted once my new brows are done.
