I came in for a new 3D volume set and was very disappointed with the results. The lashes looked extremely uniform and flat, despite being told different lengths were used. They honestly resembled a drugstore strip lash rather than a customized volume set. I called the salon and was told they could fix them. Unfortunately, the same technician ( ivy) worked on me again. She appeared defensive and, at one point, spoke to a colleague in another language during the appointment. While I want to assume she was asking for help, the lack of transparency made me uncomfortable and unsure of what was being said. After the "fix," the lashes looked even worse -- very heavy and spiky, giving a tarantula-like appearance. When I expressed concern, I was told this was the "doll look," and that the reference photo I showed (from the company's own website) was different because it was a cat-eye shape and the model had different eyes. This was confusing, as I've had similar styles done successfully by other lash technicians in the past. Overall, it was disappointing to see lash styles advertised that the technician didn't seem comfortable or experienced executing, and even more disappointing that this wasn't acknowledged. The place is beautiful love the entrance and huge pink wall. My lash technician was Zinia. She was amazing listened to what I wanted. I did get an allergic reaction but was ok after some medicine. Reason for the 5 stars is because of the customer service. After 3 days I saw one eye not as full and just wanted them to be fuller. They were so accommodating and booked me again immediately fixed what I wanted and I was so happy free of charge. I went for my fill 2 weeks after and Zinia did SO SO SO GOOD!!! She used sensitive glue this time and remembered exactly what I liked and did even better the second round. I can't wait to go back. Thank you!! My new go to for eyelashes. read more

It took a really long time (1 hr 45 mins) to get my lashes done mainly because the technician was so distracted. She kept whispering/giggling with another technician, grabbing things out of her bag, etc. I think the owner came by at one point because I heard a male voice asking her to sign or look at something. She also kept poking me in the eyes and touching my eyeballs. It's very frustrating to have your eyes taped shut for almost two hours when it's not even being worked on. I also think it's unhygienic for the tech to keep grabbing things out of her bags and then touch my eyes (and pretty much my eyeballs) afterwards. The end result was just mediocre. Quality of the lashes are good but they are overly strict on their policies and at times unkind in ther customer care.

The studio alone was comfortable and clean. I've gotten my lashes done for 6 year at a couple of different places, these beds are comfortable!!! I can't remember who did my lashes but she was very informative and detail oriented. She was fast and my eyelashes looked nice. Also, a lot of parking! However,y lashes lasted 1 week. I got them done Sunday and by Saturday they were mostly gone. I thought about getting a fill since they offered me a coupon... but I didn't want to spend money on something that would last me days. They did say they have a 5 day policy, but I kid you not, on the 6th day they started popping off. Overall, I would still recommend if you want lashes done fast and for a good price. Super fast service and a wonderful price point! They had very sanitary practices and the lashes they use are soft and not scratchy like some other brands. One reason why I will really recommend them is that they have very responsive customer service! Absolutely great service and I always walk away with great lashes. I usually request Joy or Serena because their work is flawless. I usually get either 2D hybrid or 3D hybrid and they last for about 2-3 weeks the longest which I think is good compared to other lash places I've been too. I like the fact they have rewards and coupons to help with the cost (ie: checking in or leaving reviews). I've been to the Pasadena and San Gabriel location and both have been great. read more
