The pina colida and mango sorbets! Excellent!
Ray T.

Great food, service and ambiance! A great place for families looking for the best in pizza! Be ready to wait but its worth it. We had the Big Papa and ate it all. Best pizza ever! Then topped it off w Pina Colida sorbet which was really great and my wife had the mango which wad a bit tart for me but she loved it! This place rocks and was very very busy!

Loved this place, stopped on our way back from an extremely early and long day in rocky mountain national park and was craving Neapolitan pizza, and barchetta didn't disappoint. The place was decked out with late 90s and early 2000s cartoon art and memorabilia, they let us do half and half, i loved the Margherita. I'm pretty picky with pizza but i would def come back. Thank you!

Walked in and hit a triple take after seeing a one piece shirt and i knew it was meant to be. Instantly the ambiance of the japanese city pop and good smells put me into a geeklbob mood and locked me in. Got a chill pep piz and bee thousand and it was just as i would have hoped in my most precious dreams. When picked up the thin pizza it was a little foppy but it's light and balanced and the tasted very fresh. Staff was nice, pizzas are big, but a bit pricy. I would definitely come back and want a t shirt with usopp and luffy on it. 9.639/10

Gluten free Hobgoblin (top) and regular crust Rallier - supreme

Food: Great pizzas! Delicious hand tossed pizzas - Had the Rallier Supreme. We also had the gluten free crust on the Hobgoblin and honestly best gluten free pizza I've had. We also had the giardiniera and it was the right level of crunch, tangy, and spicy. Drink: enjoyed the drink wall. Easy card system to try different alcoholic beverages from wine to beers to ciders and seltzers. Fun atmosphere and very friendly service. Good place for families and groups.

Great pizza!!! So delicious. Large size slices! Staff was super friendly and it was an overall great visit. There's indoor seating and patio as well. Order at the counter inside and they will bring it out to your table. Self seating. Pet friendly.

On a mission to find the best gluten free pizza in Boulder. Documenting it or else I'd forget. Atmosphere: 9/10 Very retro and has a 90s vibes with Cartoon Network drawings all over the walls. A great place to eat with family, friends or alone (as I did). Crust: 8/10 It was good. Grateful it wasn't burned as I find a lot of pizzas I come into contact with nowadays. Had a gooey yet grainy inside which I have never experienced before but overall it was pretty tasty. Cheese & sauce: 9/10 I think the amount of sauce was perfect, yet I really would enjoy more cheese (but that's a preference). Grease: 3/10 Very greasy pizza. Will need some napkins to finish the rest! Overall: 8/10 I have very high expectations for pizza and while so far this is the best one I've had. It was really pricey and really greasy. But the crust and taste was good (after I took off some grease) and I loved the ambience of the place!

Great Atmosphere, Food, and service! The salads are shareable and their housemade ranch is a must.

I am always on the hunt for great pizza. Therefore, I judge it harshly. Enter Barchetta. For the boring details, I came on a Monday at 1:30 and it was empty. I ordered a Margherita pizza and a Diet Coke (can.) $30. Ouch. Now, for the actual pizza....very good. The crust is soft but has a nice crisp on the ends. If you got any pizza with more toppings than the Margherita, it will probably be too soft and turn soggy. Be warned. For this one, it worked. The sauce and cheese and fresh basil was absolutely on point. One of the best pizzas I have had in a while. I give it an 8/10 due to the crust being borderline... I know there is a perfect pizza out there and I will never stop searching but for now, Barchetta is near the top of the heap in Colorado.

Amazing pizza and great service and ambiance. Amazing spot for a not too long and not too expensive meal that is amazing. Near pearl street but parking easy. Will be a regular!

We have a favorite pizza order, a salad and dessert we almost always face. It's gotten to almost be joke status when I walk in. They know my order , it's so perfect I dare not change. There are so many toppings I cannot have, I always go with the basic B and a Caesar salad. The basic B is for basil, an herb I adore. So this is really a simple but tasty Margherita with classic char on the crust. If there is no char, it's not NY pizza. The salad balances it perfectly. My husband always gets the Telluride Redfish amber ale. Not easy to find in Boulder. Tonight I had the Stem Cider Off Dry because they did not have the Hibiscus or the Chile Guava in stock. But Stem is local and my favorite brand and Off Dry the most common at bars. After such a nice meal on almost a holiday. We topped it off with a house made cannoli. Prepped fresh at service time so it won't get soggy. We can come here every few weeks , no matter the weather and enjoy it every time. The view is great and there are always people out on the deck getting pictures with the Flatirons backdrop. So glad they built to maximize the view.

We went with the Lottie's Salsiccia, which had sausage, vodka sauce, and sweet and sour peppers. It had an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. Our waitress also recommended us the Trapanese, which was super creamy as it had pesto sauce and burrata cheese chunks on top. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. What I love about this place is you can sit at the pizza bar and watch pizzas being made and meat being sliced and arranged beautifully. I loved their limoncello drinks which is perfect for spring/summer day out on their patio. The servers are kind and hard working. This definitely is one of my favorite places to hang, date night, girls night, business dinner, etc.

After leaving an event nearby, it was time for me to get acquainted with Pizza Colore! Slice shops are a dime a dozen nowadays. This place has a long counter with pizzas by the slice for your eyes to wonder upon. Very few seats near the front window and outside, but I believe there was more seating towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered an "East Coast" slice (their version of a supreme) and a cheese slice. After a few minutes, my order was ready. I loaded them up with grated cheese, red pepper flakes, and oregano. These were served piping hot, as any respectable slice shop should do. These slices were good! Practically no flop other than the first bite, crust was crispy and bready, and I felt like the toppings/cheese and sauce were balanced well. My main qualm was that it was missing salt in the dough and sauce. If it was seasoned throughout this would've been a great slice! However, the spicy ranch for dipping was clutch! Service was quick and friendly. Many people were popping in for a quick bite. I loved standing outside in the moderately cold weather scarfing down my hot slices, while watching the Saturday night crowd cruise by on Pearl Street. As close to an east coast experience as you can get in Colorado! I came in with little to low expectations, and left full and satisfied. Glad I finally gave them a shot. Prices were right and the product was respectable!

We both went w the homemade pastas instead. Our waitress was lovely she was attentive and recommended many great options. We started w drinks a beer and non alcoholic sea glass white wine, I was impressed this was one of the best non alcoholic glasses of wine I've ever had. We order the scampetti alla romana grilled shrimp it was the best we've had since moving from Chicago and our beloved "Orzo Italian restaurant" of old town we frequented. Was hot when arrived perfectly grilled nice char and not overly garlic w touch of red pepper flake. We both filled up our order w shrimp in our main dishes based on how delicious and perfectly cooked our shrimp was. My husband ordered the pallardelle fruta which came in red vodka sauce w shrimp and small lobsters and I order the pappardella costa added grilled shrimp this was in cream sauce w truffles. Both were on special from homemade in house pasta not on regular menu. And both were rich and delicious and perfect size we left comfortable not stuffed. We opted not for dessert at this meal. The atmosphere was spring break for CU so it was quieter I'm sure if classes in session would have been busier but it was lovely for quiet dinner date w spouse to be able to hear each other wo shouting. We most definitely will be back very impressed from seating within 2 mins of arriving for our reservation of 630pm to wait staff and bus staff on point w checking in and removing dishes and cleanliness of restaurant to food arriving well spaced between drinks and appetizer to entrees and allowing us to rest before being rushed off for our table to be sat next.
