    Worst Experience Ever!…read more I took my daughter to Lucy's Formal for a graduation dress. Not only was the dress overpriced but the experience alone just not worth time or hassle. The dress needed alterations and that's where the nightmare began the owner Elizabeth/Lucy who sold us the dress informed me our dress would be ready the following week. Her in store seamstress pretended to show she understood our request & went to pin the dress according to the adjustment we were requesting. We paid for the dress and were told it would be ready the following week. with only alteration payment being outstanding. When we went back the following Wednesday, the dress had been altered, but nowhere near to what we had requested. We asked for knee length and it was longer than knee length she had messed up the right side cup and sleeve, to my amazement she thought we wouldn't notice and expected us to leave with the dress damaged & with a dress that looked completely opposite of what we had asked for. When the customer service girl came to help not only was she arrogant with a really crappy attitude, but no customer service experience whatsoever instead of listening to me about my concerns she was more Worried about whether or not I had paid for the dress even though she had the receipt in hand that said PAID!!! After seeing it was paid for and me telling her 3 times I had paid! She then allowed me to explain that the alterations were not at all what I had requested, she informed me the Seamstress was not available that day to take new measurements but she would take measurements her self and leave notes behind for the seamstress. I was skeptical but at this point I needed the dress to be completed so she proceeded to take notes and was writing everything down thoroughly. We once again left not as confident, & concerned that the dress would not be done in time for my daughter's event. She told us to come back in 1 week. The following week came & days before the dress should have been completed I get another call this time from Itzel informing me that she did not know why my dress was still there, and they had lost all the notes of the alterations that needed to be made. She also shared there was no seamstress in sight so it would take another week for dress to be completed we're now going on 2 weeks. She asked me to come in on a Sunday evening, where she normally doesn't work, but according to her she would be there and could take the time to go over the measurements for the third time to make sure that the Seamstress got the proper notes and would this time make the correct alterations. I showed up Itzel nor the Seamstress were there. And a third arrogant customer service rep assisted or pretended to help me. I kindly asked if she could call Itzel because I had been standing there for 15 minutes & she stated well if she told you she was going to be here she'll be here. 30 minutes later & still no one showed up. Luckily a kind lady by the name of Soila ended up walking up to assist and really if it wasn't for her, the dress would have never been completed. The alterations would not have been made according to my standards and this would have been a complete disaster finally after 3 weeks the dress was completed and I had to go to the seamstress house to pick up the dress because I could no longer trust the incompetence of the store and owner . if I'm rating this place one star it's because it's the worse I can rate If it was up to me Lucy's formal would get zero stars for their horrible customer service, horrible employees! The owner takes absolutely no accountability or responsibility for the actions of her employee total disgrace. I would recommend nobody shop here and save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else because there are plenty of places like this that don't treat their customers the way these people do.
