Bought my lady a pair of Kimes' Ranch Jeans with a raw hem. Keep in mind she's wanted a pair for over 3 years and I pulled the trigger for her. She took the jeans to get hemmed as well as a pair of my Ariat Jeans and we received both pairs with a terrible blind hem. We were told they could not keep the original factory hem and it does not look any bit good on a pair of boot cut jeans. Truly dissatisfied and it just feels like two expensive pairs of pants are ruined. They cut the original hem off as well. Can't even take it to a place to get them properly fixed. read more

I brought a very large oversized leather jacket that used to belong to a family member and it was sentimental. Michael was able perform a miracle and tailor the jacket until it looked like it made just for me. It is a PERFECT fit and I love the finished result. I've been meaning to write this review for a while and it's long overdue. Not only are the owners wonderful and kind people, but they are amazing at what they do. Mike is a perfectionist and he is not afraid to be honest about how something looks, which I really appreciate. I needed a dress fitted last minute for a gala, and it had to be completely taken apart in order for it to fit properly. Mike was able to make the dress look like it was made for me, and he did it so quickly that I'm actually fairly certain he is a wizard. My sister left here upset. I feel bad because I recommended her to Tempo Fashions to get her wedding dress altered here. Original quote for in seem on the bust and thigh part of the dress with bust padding and scarf removal was $375. My sister was walking out but Sonja said she didn't want to lose her business so she offered $200 for all the alterations. My sister agreed. In the end she was charged more than the agreed amount price for the alterations that were supposed to be included and the owners still refused to include the bust padding. I have come to know the owners Mike and his wife Sonya over the last year, and I consider them to be friends. They are wonderful people, always friendly and kind. Great family. And they know what they are doing. I have had a suit altered here, 2 sport jackets, 4 shirts, a tie shortened, and I purchased a 3 piece suit on layaway from Michael. I would trust them with any garment. They do beautiful work, never had a bad result. They are not only good with a needle and thread, they know style as well and Michael has steered me in the right direction on a few different occasions. They have suits and dresses displayed in the windows, it reminds me a bit of the Savile Row tailor shops you see in documentaries. The second experience was custom making a ball gown for my daughter. This dress came out so beautiful and their prices were so reasonable. The quality was great and the service was really good. I have been a customer of Tempo Fashions for about 20 years and while sometimes you MIGHT not get your items when promised by a couple days, I have never ever felt that I was being over charged or received poor quality work. Mike and Sonja are HONEST hard working people and do quality workmanship.
