The 3 I've seen so far all have Doctorates in PT, and one has gone on to get specialized training in massage and rolfing. They will spend the first visit assessing the problem area and then will work with you to come up with a program to improve the problem, address the pain and strengthen the area. They've moved to a new space which is quite nice. It's a large open space with all the needed equipment to work with you. Mario the owner has done a great job with making it look welcoming while also being functional. The front desk staff is efficient and will help you get scheduled, make sure your insurance is covering you and will send you your bills / receipts to your phone or email. All and all an efficient operation. I made the mistake of trying a different place recently and it did not go well - the scheduling, insurance approval, communication was all done poorly - so this is something not to be taken lightly!

This was not to be the case! Sunil and his staff are so gentle, they never push you past your limits and there was minimal pain. I notified the front desk that since I would not be present at his appointment that I'd like to speak to the new physical therapist to get to know her and ask how the session went. I never received a phone call. After speaking to the therapist, my response was "Well, we don't give out patient information." I reminded her that I'm the patient's parent and he's 5 months old. Speaking to the office manager led to me being told that we missed three appointments (we missed two) and that we would no longer be able to come back. Not happy.
