We are huge fans. My husband had Jason install the well when he built our house 8 years ago. Since then, we've needed service a couple times and it's been easy to schedule and they are prompt and responsive. Today Andy and Chris arrived to troubleshoot a leak that happened during the freeze earlier this week. We were worried it would be an expensive repair but am happy to report we only needed a new pressure release valve. This is the 2nd time I've used Barco. The first time was to repair a broken pipe. The most recent was because my well was leaking all over my yard. Justin from Barco came out, identified the problem and then quoted me around $600ish to replace the well. I asked if that was the installed price, and he told me it'd be $750ish, with tax and labor. I agreed and he took the old one away. He came back today, installed the new one, and then when I went to pay, the charge was over $1,000! I told him this isn't what he quoted me. He spoke with the head office and then came back saying they removed the labor, and the new bill was $914. That's still $164 more than he quoted me, and what I agreed to. Left with no other option, I paid him, but feel it was extremely dishonest for them to do this and to effectively do a "bait and switch" on the price. I don't trust them and will not use them again in the future, if this is how they do business. read more

Having a well on our property is new to us. Barco came out initially and identified that our well pump was in good working condition when another company couldn't get it to work. Many months later, we needed maintenance on our well and Barco was able to get us taken care of quickly. The guys that came out were super friendly and knowledgeable. They have been back out to make very small adjustments without any complaints. read more

I had an existing well that was unable to provide the water needs of my house. Justin came out and diagnosed the problem. The issue; the watershed was not able to keep up with the need. Justin was able to save me several thousand dollars by building an above ground storage and delivery system. The system still runs off my well, but is able to slowly fill the 2500 gal storage tank during non peak use hours. Without this fix, i would have had to drill a new well. I would and have recommended Barco to my friends and neighbors. No doubt i will use them in the future! read more
