Called the receptionist (took two days, yes during their stated office hours, to finally get ahold of anyone) later on to confirm my follow up appointment (I couldn't find the note I wrote of the next date/time) thinking they'd be able to look up my appointment info, but no. Not only was the women who answered very rude (she was clearly having a bad day & taking it out on anyone in her way) she also stated they don't keep track of appointments & that everything is hand written... so does that mean just anyone can walk in at any time & claim to have an appointment? This place is unbelievable. I know times are hard, but value your health & self first by forgetting this place.... will NOT be returning.

From the second I walked in the door, I was impressed and very comfortable. Pleasant sitting area, comfortable seating, and above all else, the MOST friendly and accommodating staff I have ever met in any medical field. Everything was explained to me and was done with care. I was more comfortable than I've ever been during dental work. And the fact that this location is almost an hour from me (I live in Soulard, near downtown STL) should also tell you something!
