They will actually tell you they don't have the competent O.D. Doctors who can see a large volume of diabetic patients. I have tried to get a diabetic eye exam for the last two years with them always telling me they have zero open appointments or not enough qualified doctors to see me. The last doctor I saw is Nicole Jensen who is still there yet apparently is no longer readily qualified. Good luck. Bard Optical is going to be sued by a lot of patients.

I purchased my glasses and when I went back to pick them up I was having trouble with the bifocal position. After trying them for a few weeks, I went back in and "Molly" assisted me with readjusting. She actually let me pick out a different frame that was a better fit for my bifocals. Finally when I received my glasses from "Gabby" they were perfect!! This place will test your vision and give you glasses but does not do critical examinations for glaucoma, macular, diabetes, etc. They will charge you for a full exam but they don't dilate or do a full exam. It's important for you to get your eyes dilated and examined by a doctor, so unless you are just looking for glasses, this is not a good place to trust with your eye health
