Don't bother. The place makes it harder to get on the list then to file for unemployment. Couldn't tell you what there barbers can do cause it's such a hassle to get in. Never shall I waset any of my life in the directions an appointment at this shop. read more

I am going to start off by saying this place should be shut down. My son in law took my 1 1/2 year grand baby to get his hair cut about an hour ago! He came home with a cut behind his ear. I called and talked to the manager, and had to explain 3 times where the cut was. He said just go wash it with a clean wash cloth. The cut is very red and looks as if it could get infected. I told him that we are taking him to the doctor. He then said " ok kids move around during haircuts, what do you want me to do about it!" I then told him the barber doesn't know what he's doing. He said " I'll tell you what, don't bring him back here for a haircut!" Wow did the man think we'd honestly take him back and pay $26 bucks to get behind his ear cut! This place needs to be investigated. I am going to make sure everyone in the place has a license. Plus send the health department a letter! An accident report should have been made. Excellent service, friendly and fast. The facility is nice and clean. Barber does a great job of using a straight edge, with warm shaving cream and a hot towel. Highly recommend this place. Extremely cheap, I'm used to paying $35 for razor but they charged under $20.. crazy cheap... they need to increase the price. read more

I've been 3 times. Each time I got my head and face shaved. 1st time straight razor on both...it was an average shave. 2nd time I went the barber used shaver on head and face...blah! 3rd time shaver on head and straight shave for face and neck...it was horrible. The barbers I've had were all friendly, however their use of straight razor needs WAY more improvement. I haven't decided if I'll give them another chance. read more

GREAT place for a straight razor cut. I purposefully commuted from Ft. Knox because these guys were that good. Well worth the trip! Be warned, they only take walk-ins. Your best bet is to call ahead to see how busy they are. However, they're pretty quick with their cuts. read more

Tried a few different barbershops since moving back home to Kentucky, but this one is by far the best I've been to. Chill atmosphere, reasonably priced and a great quality haircut. Check out Scott when you go there, but all the barbers there are talented as well. read more

I called ahead and was treated very professionally and courteously. They were honest about wait times and staffing. My hair cut is what I asked for and the stylist was very open to offering suggestions as well as going with my normal cut when I chickened out of the look I thought I wanted. I would definitely go here again. Appointments might be the only change I would suggest, but it's not a deal breaker. read more

Get here early if you want to avoid a line or are in a hurry. The vibe is great and the barbers are all very professional. Cool enough for the younger "hipper" crowd, old school enough dad won't feel out of place, and friendly enough you don't have to worry about little johnny or janey learning a new word or two. #1 place to get a fresh cut. I've been all over the U.S. and these guys do it best! Been here multiple times and I've had each barber. They all do great work. Very professional and positive environment. They also did great cutting my kids hair! Usually busy but well worth the wait. Been going here for a little over a couple years now and it was great in the beginning and has gone down hill from there. It was more a quality over quantity type deal that has now been reversed. You now pay MORE for a worse haircut, which is ridiculous! I've been through four different barbers here and it seems like they can never give you what you ask for! I always ask for a LOW fade and it ends up being a mid to high fade... Every. Single. Time... Show them an EXACT picture of what you want and ends up being what they keep giving you over and over again... I don't want that give me what I as the customer ask for. Don't take 3 inches off the top when I said 1/2. Literally show me is this good? Yeah then don't do what you just showed me... What happened to the attention to detail when working with each individual? No it's all about showing off the razors edge style hair cut to reel in more customers. It's not that they are bad and don't look good, it's the fact that I can never get what I ask for anymore. read more
