As soon as I got back in town, I went in to get it replaced. I no longer knew where the receipt was, but thought they would at least have the sale in their system. I was practically accused of theft with the manager saying that she didn't know where or how I got that tester so she could not exchange it. I finally had to track down the transaction on my debit card's purchase history. I was finally given the product with no apology from the manager and not even a word from the other attendant.
