I felt they were exercising the necessary precautions during covid while still maintaining great support! Karla was my specialist and she was sooo friendly and thorough. Additionally, she noticed how much darker my skin was under my arms and between my thighs. I have always been self-conscious about these areas and she showed me how the "smooth me" wipes not only help with ingrown hairs but also help diminish the color. I am much more traditional than my daughter and often get various types of French manicures. Ex. Yellow/white, Ombré, a simple flower or heart on a single nail . My nails easily last three weeks. I get bored of what I have chosen faster than there need for replacement. The service is fantastic and everyone speaks English. Sarah, the owner, was particularly exceptional. We were given the best service, the girls all treated with care and kindness and the team was engaging and laughing with the girls. Sarah went above and beyond, she actually went out to get ice cream for the girls while I finished my pedi. She also gave me a gift voucher for my next visit. The women here were so nice and did a great job on my nails and feet. Mary did my nails and Teresa gave me an AMAZING massage. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. I will totally be going back.
