Also after she was informed that other salons seemed familiar with what it was, so her response took me by surprise. She rudely said that people have to always get their entire brows done and she wouldn't even know what color the previous person used, as if she was not interested in treating me like a potential customer. After her scurrying off the phone, I realized she never even gave prices for her "full service," since she didn't seem to do or know of "retouches." Upon calling back, I had to leave a vm again, but have yet to hear anything back from her. THIS is a definite Red Flag of Poor Service to come!

He checked my nose to ensure that I had the correct anatomy for the piercing. Then he sterilized everything for the piercing. He explained the sterilization process. He showed me all of the papers that confirm the items were sterilized properly / etc. He took his time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process and he was very meticulous on ensuring he got the piecing in just the right spot.
