There are only 3-4 nail specialists and not all there at all times. Pilar is my bubbly, awesome, nail technician!!! She truly cares about your nails and her techniques will not damage your nails. They use exclusively OPI products which I love. My natural nails grow quickly so I like to have a protective acrylic coat over them. When we take the acrylic coat to start over, my nails always look healthy, little to no damage which is much different from other salons. My nails always look beautiful even when you can visually see the growth in between services. You will not be disappointed with their services.

I was pleased to find that they offer the clients a reward system - after you receive a certain number of services you get a discount on your next service. This is a nice perk to now have access to. It is easy for me to make appointments as I am able to make contact directly. They accept cards and Zelle as forms of payment but note that the 2.5% credit card fee is passed on to the customer. Also, if you choose to pay via Zelle, you'll have to manually add on any desired tip amount unless you prefer to give your tech their tip in cash. Their prices are a little more than what I was paying previously so I made some slight modifications to what I usually get done. The facility is a good size with a good number of pedicure chairs and tech tables. There is one room for waxing and services that use or require privacy. The ambiance is calm, and the lighting is bright. I noticed that they did add a bit of Holdiay decor with each of the Fall holidays. The business is located in a small strip mall so there is a good amount of parking all around the building. Thus far, I've always been fortunate enough to find a parking spot near the entrance.

And 2- I didn't want none of the colors they had for my toes. I have Mooncat polish at home. Extra $5 for shaping my nails into almond. Honestly I was going to tip her the $10 because she put in so much work shaping my nails so they looked good. If you provide a service don't nickel and dime your customers. Why tip? You did not go above and beyond in our service. I had to tell you the drill hurt me twice. My hands were gritty was the powders and filing but you didn't instruct me to wash my hand during the service just put cutícula oils on my hands so I looked at them and pointed out my cuticle was lifting on my hand and you then cleaned them up. I was then escorted to a room where the technician put on the numbing cream and the waiting time began. The cream takes about 30-45 mins to kick in. The room had a comfortable chair to sit and wait and they complimentary snacks and water. After 45 mins I was greeted by Miriam who took me to another room for the procedure. She explained the entire process and took her time to make sure I was happy with the results. The entire process from arrival to completion takes about 2 hours. I have my touch up in 30 days and can't wait to see the final results!

Also, no phone number like that was provided to me. I looked around and could only find two staff members in the middle of cutting other people's hair. They have no receptionist and were completely ignoring me. After walking around the front and side entrance area for about 15 minutes someone finally came out. She apologized saying that she thought I was friends with the other lady and that's why she didn't check on me. She went to look up my appointment and found that it was supposed to be the week prior somehow. she was nice enough to make me an appointment for the following week and I was not charged that other deposit. When I came back the following week for my appointment, the stylist was about 10 minutes late and took forever to cut my hair. It's a simple haircut and took an entire hour without washing or styling. She also took a couple phone calls from her daughter during my appointment and apologized multiple times stating that was out of the ordinary. She was very nice but I would not come back here. During my first visit, I noticed a sign on the front entrance that there was absolutely no children allowed. When I was waiting to be helped, I noticed there was a child about eight years old that seemed to be one of the stylists' children that was in the main work area watching cartoons while people are getting their haircut. This is not a professional salon. I was really hoping this would be a good place. It was a similar haircut to what I received at Great Clips but took four times as long.
