Of all the times I visited, she probably took me at my actually appointment time twice. The average time I waited for her was usually 20 mins past my appointment time, even if I arrived 5 mins early. It makes no sense why she double books or just allows anyone to go ahead of you even if you have an appointment. A handful of times, she's not even in her room! I was once stuck waiting 15 mins before leaving. When I got home, I received a text from her asking if I was still coming and why I didn't call her when I didn't see her. I admit it was my fault for not calling, but I was already frustrated (didn't think to check Yelp for her number) and I don't think I have to be the one to remind her she has an appointment?? Overall a great place to go for threading. The two sisters are veterans in the skill and art of…read morethreading. I love the fact that it's at a nice convenient location in San Jose in my opinion. Just make sure you try to go when it's too busy, because when they're in a hurry or under a time crunch, you can experience a scratch from the threading (happened to me once here). But please don't let that comment stop you from going.
