Booking an appointment was very easy! However looking for the specific suite the shop was located in was quite difficult as there are security codes but Cee was quickly able to guide me when I called! Cee was standing outside her shop with a welcoming aura and it was very comforting every second I was being helped! Finding the salon was confusing but Celia was helpful on the phone when I called for directions. The salon is a room located in a shared building. The entrance door is MY SALON SUITE (on the right, next to Sprouts) and when you enter you have to enter her salon number on the intercom system. Walk straight all the way down the hallway and take a right. It was my first time going to Cee's Beauty Shop and she was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained her process and answered any questions I had. She only used hard wax so I had a very painless experience. She even gave me a exfoliating glove, oil and after care instructions card. I felt super comfortable from the moment I walked in, the process was explained and it was truly everything I would want in a facial. I honestly don't get facials because I can never find an esthetician that is able to help me relax and doesn't hurt me for extractions but with Christine I can relax and I don't have to worry about painful extractions.
