My friend told her several times that it was painful, and the tech simply responded, "I know," but continued anyway. She eventually pulled so hard that part of my friend's natural nail came off and started bleeding. What was even more upsetting was that she didn't apologize or show any concern. Instead, she told us, "If you remove easy, you don't come here." The whole situation felt extremely careless and unprofessional, especially since my friend repeatedly told her she was in pain. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.
