If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. On August 8th, 2023, I scheduled an appointment for August 13th, 2023 at 1:30pm. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I arrived exactly at 1:30pm. Upon entering the office, we were not greeted, there was no one around but a camera and a tv playing soft baby music. We patiently sat and waited, but t wasn't until 1:52pm when the appointment after us (2pm) arrived, that I decided to call the contact number to see if they had forgotten about our appointment. While on the phone call (which is apparently their branch location) the ultrasound tech came out of the room with another couple that was scheduled for 1pm but "arrived late at 1:20pm." She apologized to us and to those sitting for the next appointment and took us right back after payment. We inquired about a late policy (as it is not fair for those of us that are on time to our appts to wait) and she said they don't have one in place. The ultrasound tech mentioned that unfortunately she doesn't make her own schedule, they (the branch location) does, and they always fully book her with barely any room in between appts to give her space for those that are late. Fast forward to our appt, the package we purchased (amongst other things) included an 8k image, we purchased the largest package for $169. Before leaving, we got everything we paid for except the 8k image; were told the image would be sent directly to us by text or email within 5-7 business days. On or about the 30th of August (13 business days later), I called but my phone call was not answered. I then went online and filled out the "message us" form that they have. In that message, I explained that it had been over the 5-7 business days and we still have not received the 8k image we paid for. I was not contacted by anyone. It is now September 10th, 2023. I called again today, but my phone call was not answered. I again submitted a "message us" form online. Maybe it's this location or this business in general, but avoid this place if you can. They are so inconvenient, lack communication and have poor timely service. At this point, I am so close to giving birth, I don't even see a point in receiving my 8k image 4+ weeks later. There has been no effort to contact me; no phone call or email (yes I check my junk email too). If I could, I would take business elsewhere where they actually respect your time and provide the services and products you pay for. read more

Was a huge disappointment and waste of our time for something so exciting to experience. We set up for a 10:30 appointment for the building to be empty in the Fayetteville location. The suite number 104 was locked and nobody was there. I called both numbers provided multiple times for nobody to answer or get back to me until nearly 9pm! When I responded to the text with my screen shots they then tried to call me which is highly unprofessional considering the time of night and the amount of time for them to get back to me about a missed appointment. Their website is bugged nothing works properly on there it was so hard to book an appointment. The only thing that worked for us was actually getting a hold of someone over the phone to place the 10:30. Thankfully the site wasn't working for us so we never actually had any money taken out to book the anything. I do not recommend this place for anybody save your time. read more

Tried calling multiple times to reschedule my appointment. No answer. Now I'm a first time customer so my complaints don't go as far as others, but the constant busy line or voicemail is incredibly unprofessional when people pre book and put down deposits. On top of that reading through all the reviews and seeing other people had the same problems if not worse? Phew. Let me tell you all something LITTLE BELLIES is the best place ever!! Their picture quality is much better, their packages are the exact same lengths just WAY more quality for your buck, and they are incredibly professional. I've booked with them three times. I've had 2 ultrasounds here during my pregnancy and both experiences have been great! Both of my ultrasound techs were very welcoming and knowledgeable. They provided many pictures of our baby while explaining the different things we were seeing on the screen. The place is very laid back and comfortable. I love the fact that we can bring our whole family for the experience. It is also very convenient that the images are sent directly to your phone before you leave. This makes is nice and easy to share with family and friends. I will definitely be returning for one last appointment before our baby is born!! read more

This place is the biggest, lamest excuse for a "business". I scheduled my first appointment on February 12th via text for February 14th (Raleigh). I arrived on the 14th for my 11:30 appointment for the door to be locked and all the lights off. After calling the phone number, turns out whoever I was texting never actually booked my appointment so my husband and I ended up having to sit on the floor outside the business for 30 more minutes for someone to show up. My next appointment was March 18th and while this. time I actually got a confirmation text and an appointment, the appointment ended up being 30 minutes late and rushed/cut short since the ultrasound tech was so far behind. My third and final strike against you all is today. I commented on a post from you all yesterday and ended up booking an appointment (for today) via Facebook messanger. I even double checked in the messages that I would be getting a confirmation text (yesterday). When I woke up this morning to no conformation text, I texted your number and turns out whoever I was messaging on Facebook ONCE AGAIN never booked my appointment and the spot has already been booked. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! How in the world are you all so unorganzied and messy about booking? You need to get a better booking and CRM system. You have a million different people responding via call, text and Facebook and not communicating at all about appointments. All 3 of my attempts at giving you all business have been an absolute shit show. Taking my business to Little Bellies or Baby Bump 4D now. read more

We went for the valentines day special at their apex location and from the moment we walked in the tech was super friendly and explained everything. she let me pick out my stuffed animal to put his heartbeat into and was very accommodating. the room itself was so nice, I was on a comfy bed and my husband and family I brought with me had a nice comfy couch to sit on. throughout the whole ultrasound she was explaining what each thing was we were looking at, and asked us what we liked more 4D or 5D. he was being stubborn at first so I started pushing on his little tushy and he showed us both sides of his face. I highly recommend barefoot babies for your ultrasounds not only for the hospitality and comfiness but they always have amazing deals going on. we live in Louisburg and my inlaws live in Raleigh so it was an hour drive for us to their apex location but so worth it and now we have the pictures and memories of it forever. read more

I never rate places. But I have an appointment at 10:30 it is now 11:20 and still have not been seen. I'm not sure if the quality of work is worth the wait. But all I know is I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. 10 more mins and I'll be asking for my money back. read more
