I am a true stickler, edges have to be soft, and the fill in has to be filled in on the sides, etc. The guy I usually see is too far so I was looking for someone new. After reading the review, I knew I had to go. I saw, Kevin for my fill in and Ti for my amazing pedicure. The customer service that I received was great! I just received the worst gel manicure I've ever had. It's so patchy. The older Asian lady didn't put a proper top coat on a few nails, then remembered. It was too late, I left the place and the nails were dull. I went straight back to get them fixed. She "fixed" them and then told me that it was MY fault that I didn't put my hands in the UV light long enough and it wasn't her fault. Very rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else. read more

You know your nail tech is the man, when you haven't been able to get your nails filled in for almost a month due to a busy work schedule and they are still in good shape, no nail breakage, no chipped polish on either hand. Kevin in truly good at what he does, he takes his time makes sure your nails look perfect before you walk out the door which i love. Being from New Jersey it was hard to find a good place where your nails come out on point, polish wise, shape, technique and thickness. Had a paraffin pedicure and a regular manicure. Ava was amazing. Foot massage was so relaxing and the pressure was just right. She also gave me a foot cream recommendation for my overly dry heals which I appreciated. My feet felt like a baby's bottom and that's how I like it. This has become my new favorite nail salon. I have had great experiences here before, but I went in for a pedicure last week and it was not up to their regular standards. The man that worked on my feet did not care for cleaning or digging out my ingrown nails. I even asked him to please help me out with them and he barely used his tool on my toenail. It seemed like he didn't know what he was doing or was too lazy to actually put work into my feet. Given I keep up with my feet and do most of this at home so the nail tech usually has it easy with me but I at least expect them to help me out a bit. I left with callus on the bottom of my feet still which I had to use my own pumice stone at home to get rid of, and the pedicure was awful. I had all the nail polish residue on my skin around the nail, a pedicure I paid the upgraded package for and honestly feel like I could have done a better job at home. Not sure if I'll be going back. I have loved my previous nail technicians in the past but after this last visit I can't give them any more than 2 stars. read more

Great people and great service! Never leave reviews but they are worth it. Came in at 6 on a Saturday night and they stayed until almost 8 (they close at 7) and went out of their way making sure I was happy with the color. Was willing to even start all over on my sns powder. Have never been disappointed, always leave feeling relaxed and happy. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Had a wonderful experience with the lovely Amy today! Gel mani/pedi look beautiful and was very relaxing. I told Amy I wasn't feeling great (in pain from fibromyalgia) ahead of time and she was so gentle during the massage portion of the services. Truly the best pedi I've ever had! Very difficult to enjoy a pedicure with fibro as the touch can linger for hours later. Very happy with Amy and will be using her from here on out! read more

Just went for the first time- on recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately the nail tech was extremely rough with my hands (I got a full set) and made me bleed in multiple places. He filed and buffed more than usual and filed my skin around my nails raw and then put primers and other nail chemicals on them and it burned very very bad. I am now at home with neosporin on all of my fingers. Very painful experience. The nails look great but not worth the injury to my fingers. read more

Love the fact that you can schedule appointments online (24 hrs in advance), makes it fast & easy! Andy has been doing my nails for almost a year, so when he switches salons, I jumped ship too! He's the best, he takes his time & if you mess a nail up a few days later, he doesn't mind fixing it. The place was gorgeous, affordable prices & they offer mimosas (my fav)! Went for first time today. Got a pedi and refills for nails. Staff was friendly and offered a glass of wine upon entry. The girl that did my pedi did a great job. Cleaned feet and between toes. Cut cuticles, nails and cleaned under nails. Chair was comfortable with great message action. The man that did my nails was friendly and very professional. My nails look fantastic. If you have SNS do NOT go here!! My nails look hideous!!! I don't know how you mess powdered nails up but they managed!! I got a pedi first and walking from pedi to mani the toe separator came loose messing up my polish. The SNS lady took the polish off the one toe and repainted it. After I got home I saw she only put one coat of paint on it and no top coat so it looks awful right in the middle of my toes one looks unpainted! After spending $40 on a pedi the parafin wax got spilled out of one of my bags which i felt bad for the girl and then realized she didn't put more in the bag so one foot got the treatment I paid for while the other just got 1/4 of the wax that was left in the bag from the spill. My fingernails are mishapen, rough to touch and has pits all in the surface. Some are thicker than others and most don't even touch the cuticles with paint. The only highlight was the mimosas are good! Maybe they serve alcohol to keep you from looking too close at their work. I spent $200 in there as I was treating my step daughter to a spa day! They should have paid me to endure this crap! read more

I came here because I had graduation the coming weekend and I just wanted a simple acrylic set. I had an appointment so they did attend me right away and I want to say it was Selena who did my nails. I was a bit disappointed because she was on the phone and she was just scrolling through not really giving me much attention and she set it down and started watching something and I was like OK that's fine. But then she just immediately started gluing the extension on my nail without prepping it or even looking at it she wasn't even paying attention to my nail. She then would stop, sroll through her phone again and go back-and-forth. At the end I was not really satisfied with my set. my nails are very uneven one thumb was way bigger than the other one and it was very noticeable that when I got home I had to fix it myself. I let my nails dry for at least an hour and make sure not to touch anything so they wouldn't mess up but the paint was so cheap that the print of my clothes printed onto my nails even after waiting so long for it to dry and being so careful. This was my only bad experience with this certain person but Kevin did give me and my boyfriend a very nice pedicure so I would just recommend picking anyone else. read more

When I walked in, I was quickly greeted. The staff was helpful in explaining the difference in the services. There was a nice selection of colors. Not the largest, but more than sufficient. The salon is very clean. It has 16 pedicure chairs. There were 4 TVs mounted showing hgtv. I was offered a drink and soaked my feet for about 5 minutes before the nail tech introduced himself. He confirmed what I wanted. Offered some upsales, but wasn't pushy. He took his time and was very meticulous. There are two rooms they do waxing in. The one I was in was like a storage room. Let's start by saying that I never complain... even when I'm at a restaurant and hate my food I normally just eat it bc I don't want to hurt their feelings. BUT I can't help but say something about my bad experience here. I got a gel manicure yesterday... everything was great, the shape is great, color is great, everything great. This morning I notice my polish starting to peel at the edges of my nail. I got to looking better and all but 2 of my nails are peeling! I have a busy weekend and don't necessarily have free time to come back... I called them this morning and asked if they could fix it and told them that I work until 4... the lady I spoke with said that they had appointments from 4pm on and recommended me come tomorrow or next week. I told her no that The only time I would be able to come would be today and that didn't want to wait until next week! She said that I would have to wait then bc I didn't make an appointment! I'm sorry but no gel polish should only last a day and if it's an error on their part then it should be a priority to fix the issue. And the fact that I shouldn't have to wait and take time out of my day for them to fix their error. Currently waiting in the salon for them to fix my nails... WILL NOT BE BACK. read more
