I went here for a long time. It was wonderful. My nails and toenails, and waxing was always done well, no matter who helped me. I stopped going when the person who did my nails spent the entire talking about himself, texting and talking on his phone. In the end, two of my nails were inverted upwards, and the guy told me it was "normal." I was charged full price with no offer to fix the issue. I won't go back. read more

They do an alright job, you can schedule an appt and they're open on Sunday. They play soothing music (no tv) I've been here let's say 3 times or so. The first they weren't as clean as I would like, someone posted recently and made a point to mention how clean the salon was. It dis look my ch better. Now I may not return, they sat me in a pedicure chair that didn't (I thought I didn't understand her what she was saying) work. I figured it would be ok we've already started and it's hard enough to find an hour as it is. When we were done my service felt incomplete. When I mentioned it they offered for me to sit in a working chair for a bit but they were about to close and I had already been there an hour so that wasn't really satisfactory. I'm less likely to come back than ask for a discount. So just know you list a customer and when you wonder why people don't seem to come back it's not always the economy. I've been to this salon twice now for a pedicure. Both times the nail tech cut into my actual flesh and made me bleed. Not to mention the awful paint job. My last visit was on Sunday, and it's 2 days later and my toe is infected, swollen up and leaking pus. Extremely RUDE. My daughter who's 24 kindly asked them to fix a smudge in her big toenail, which the tech caused and she wouldn't fix it and made her feel bad about asking. Also, I asked for a manicure and all they did was file my nails! When I asked about it when I was paying, the lady got loud with me. If I could give zero stars I would. Went to my scheduled appointment on Monday to get a pedicure and dip done on hands. My pedicure was the worse pedicure I have ever had and nails looked like crap. Went home very disappointed after spending $150. Pedicure alone was $80. Called them saying how unhappy I was and had bumps on my nails. They told me I could come back in and get them fixed. Asked to see someone else but that's not what happened, same person I got. Ask for a refund and was told that I couldn't get a refund for my pedicure. Read all the reviews before I went and they are soooo misleading. I will NEVER go back and I will make sure I tell everyone not to go there. read more

Michelle and Tina were not only very friendly and patient with me (I've never had ombré nails before...I had lots of questions and wanted help picking a "good" color) they did such a wonderful job!! They have products that no one else has in the area, like no need for an awful UV light anymore and they take the time to help you decide which type of "nails" are best for you. I had been getting acrylic nails for YEARS and they explained why that was so bad on my nails and how other ones would work better. I decided to go with a pale pink S&S ombré nail set. It strengthens your nails and also looks and feels much more natural. They also have a Rewards Point system that gives you money towards your service after you earn so many points per dollar spent!! They have a new customer for life. So glad I discovered this place!!! read more

The second time around; the same ordeal. Horrible experience. Workers used some crude language while I was getting my nails done. I asked for a gel manicure. Went in Thursday for a special event. The gal who did my nails was nice enough to save my broken nail. Overall horrible gel manicure. Started peeling the Saturday after. It began peeling very badly the following Monday. I took off that Tuesday myself. It was uneven and not cured in places-I could make an indent with my nail in the polish that would lay for a few seconds. My cuticles were not trimmed and a day later it didn't even look like I got a manicure based off my cuticles. No massage, just lotion. Overall would not pay $35 for a gel manicure from this place ever again!! read more

If I could rate this place with minus a star, I would. I called and scheduled an appointment and when I arrived the next day, I waited 25 minutes before they started to place the foils on my nails to remove the S&S. The girl rushed thru the service and I selected a dark color for my nails. The girl left the color all over my skin around the nail areas on most of my fingers. I asked her if she could remove it since she didn't offer to do it herself and she said it would wash off. I washed and used the scrub on my fingers and the color remained. I went to check out and pointed out what she did and the manager took the color off my skin with nail polish remover. I didn't leave a tip for her because this was the worst job I've ever received. I will never go back to this sorry place! There are too many good places in Indian Trail so don't waste your time at this place. They are more interested in money and getting as many people done than in customer service. I really wish I had been an inspector so I could fine this place for such bad customer service. read more
