The golf cart was brand new, and very fancy. Gina was very informative in explaining the operation of the cart, but more importantly, she explained the local laws to avoid gettin trouble. We rented our cart shortly after a tropical storm, and I don't know if all the water on the streets made our lights go out. We called, and they immediately responded by bringing us another cart. With the weather conditions the way they were, I am not surprised by the issue we had. Things happen, but it was very impressive on how responsive they were on helping us and switching to another cart. I firmly believe that you find out more through adversity than when things are trouble free. I highly recommend Rally By the Beach, and will definitely use them again when in Panama City Beach. These are good people who care about their product and your enjoyment!

By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

The owner was very friendly and extremely helpful by going to another location to pick up the trike I wanted to rent. The Schwinn trike was in very good condition and worked without problems. The cost for 24 hours rental was less than $25. I definitely would rent equipment from Beach Bum Essentials if I'm at St. George in the future.

Our host Roger was easy to communicate with and was onsite from the beginning to the end of the bonfire. We visit Santa Rosa yearly and have always seen beach bonfires but never had one. I don't think we could have chosen a better company and person to do ours! Use them...we will again!!
