Luke and Jennifer brought us to Shell Island where we enjoyed the water and beach for a little bit

My family of 7 went on a dolphin tour last week. It was absolutely amazing. We had to ride on separate boats because of the size of our group. Both guides Luke and Jennifer stayed close to each other so we were able to experience everything together. We couldn't have asked for better guides they were both amazing and made the experience better than it already was! I would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend Luke or Jennifer. Also great prices making it impossible to pass up

Pontoon experience was great, even for non boaters!!

Walked up to rent pontoon for 4 hours to see Shell Island. Gal who waited on us was as pleasant as they come! Very clear instructions and information. We ended up staying out full day. Just needed to make a phone call. Young guy who helped load us on the boat and park and unload at end of day was very helpful. Price is definitely cheaper if you book on line! Like 30-40% cheaper! . So book on line if you can!!

Helpful service. Prices were reasonable! Will rent from them again. Only issue, our boat was super slow. But it did the job!

I took the 2 hour Dolphin watching jet-ski tour and it was wonderful! The guides were really awesome at making sure everyone had a great time. Saw a ton of dolphins and the best part was a stop at Shell Island! This was a highlight of my trip to PCB and I would highly recommend for any adventure seekers!

We rented a pontoon for half day that started at 11 am. Made reservations online and it definitely made checkin a lot faster when we arrived there. We didn't see that you had to arrive an hour before your time before making the reservations, but fortunately we made the reservations several hours before. Also recommend doing the rental waiver online. If you do all these things, then you'll have plenty of time to checkin, move all your stuff on the pontoon (we brought a bunch of beach gear and food), and have extra time on the pontoon. Colby did a great job orienting us to the pontoon and gave some tips on where to visit. The map that is on the boat is definitely not to scale, so recommend using your GPS on your phone. And surprisingly, everywhere we went had cell service. Our goal was to go to Shell Island and eat lunch there and find some shells. The kiddie pool and the sand bar are definitely worth visiting. We decided to use Adventures at Sea since the one at St Andrews Park was closed on Mondays. Definitely glad we used Adventures at Sea.

Highly recommend for family oriented fun in the sun! We booked two cruises with them while on spring break. One was a dolphin sunset cruise and the other was a private snorkel tour. The dolphin tour was amazing. We saw a huge pod of dolphins including baby dolphins and our captain knew exactly where to go! We also were able to stop off at shell island to explore all the while the sun was setting. Could have asked for a better experience. The second tour we snorkeled in the bay where we found countless starfish and sand dollars! Also we saw sea turtles and some dolphins as well. Captain Amy was great, she was super friendly, fun and knew exactly how to make this a memorable experience!

We visited PCB during Memorial Day weekend. The wait wasn't too long. The process was simple. The kids loved it.

This was the topper on top of the cake for this 50th Birthday/Family Vacation!!! My husband rented a boat and we went out on the Gulf of Mexico with Captain Jennifer (J-Lo) Everything was seamless from reservations online to arriving and completing standard documents. We got on and sailed out. It Was Beautiful and Relaxing. J-Lo was super nice because she became our DJ as well. Playing all the different songs my husband asked for. We saw the dolphins, seagulls, and just the beauty of being surrounded by the glorious waters of God. His creation is priceless. We also went to a remote island named Seashell Island if I'm not mistaken. I think I have a picture. All in all it was super nice. I would definitely recommend this company and Jennifer (J-Lo)

I have been vacationing in PCB for 16 years and I can't believe I just found this two hour Dolphin tour. Our Captain Erik was the bomb he lead us to a pod of Dolphins and I actually got to jump in with them. We then went and watched Sea Turtles and snorkeled for Sea Dollars.. Still amazed at this great adventure...

    Dolphins on our tour

We had Captain Dirty driving our boat for the tour, He was amazing and found so much sea life for us to see in their natural habitat. He talked to us about history and what goes on with the sea life if injured. He was full of knowledge. He kept us very safe and our attention throughout the whole tour. We have used Adventures at Sea for jet ski rides, pontoon rental and now the boat tour. We always enjoy our experience and have never used another company. It's a great experience!

For the kids, they were allowed to drive the boat a bit (under supervision), had squirt gun fights, temporary tattoos, and pulled up a crab trap to let the kids (safely) handle a live crab. My 6 year old grandson loved it! We will likely return next year.

We liked that there were plenty of seats on the dock to sit in wait ( first come first serve for your group). When it was time to load, we got our picture taken (pictures are $10), and loaded on to the boat. We sat behind the food/ drinks area in the front row. Unfortunately, because of the weather we only saw 1 pod of dolphins and everyone ran to the side of the boat and we were not able to get a photo. We did enjoy the boat ride and learning the history of the area. The staff, captains, and everyone working on board had excellent customer service, they were entertaining and made the experience enjoyable. All of the food and drinks on board are under $5! So loved how affordable it was. I would say that this cruise was definitely for kids and families. They had a lot of kids activities and we were in the middle of all of it, which is fine- but I think that families should be aware of where most of the entertainment is or what sections to sit in and people who don't have kids can sit or elderly so they don't get run into. For the kids, each child gets a turn to steer the boat in the bay, we got to go to bird island ( and we're swarmed by birds- so if you don't like birds I would not do this cruise), they sell food for you to buy and the birds will eat it out of your hand. Then, the other boat pulled up next to ours and the kids hand a huge water gun fight and got soaked. We had to move out of the way. There are no towels on board so bring your own- but they drive fast after so you can dry off! Last, they caught a crab trap from the ocean they had put out and brought on 2 blue crabs and 1 spider crab, and all of the kids got to hold them. We also enjoyed the mix of music and that it wasn't too loud. If you go on the sea screamer and have kids sit by the snack and drink area under the covering behind the captain for the best experience. If you don't have kids or don't want to do the interactive stuff sit in the front or back.

We opted for the 10 Hour Trip (2 hours out, ~6 hours of fishing, 2 hours back). Quick edit: we only had ~26 people fishing and I'm thankful for that! It was coooooold the morning of and it had stormed the previous two days. Thankfully we were prepared. I'd recommend bringing a book bag or light sack with: sunscreen, hat, glasses, long sleeve shirt/hoodie, Gatorade, rain jacket and change of shirt. They do provide sunscreen, medicine, food, snacks and drinks onboard for a cost (see my menu photos). It was ROUGH going out, thanks to the storms leaving. We hit 5-6 foot waves and it was bumpy on some parts. I almost lost my stomach and went to the back of the boat for fresh hair for the last 45 minutes going out. There were a few people who got really sick. Make sure you clean your system out before getting on the boat (ie: get your out) because the two bathrooms are tiny. We were assigned fishing spots (dad got us back of the boat) and had buckets of squid ready to go. Capt would hit his horn, letting you know it was time to drop the line in. You'd pretty much either get something right away or nothing. It didn't take long to get the hang of it: drop to the bottom, reel twice up, keep the line tight, jerk the rod when you feel a nibble, reel up and check rod pressure to ensure you got something. It's a very quick process! One thing you'll notice is the different arm muscles you'll use. I caught the only Grouper for this trip and it certainly tired my wrist out. I literally got a Charlie horse in my wrist and toe after hauling that sucker onboard. It wasn't Red Snapper season (June 1st) but my dad caught 3 huge Red Snappers. We got to keep 10 B-Liners each, and also caught some white snapper. Overall, we hit our limit and caught extra for others on the boat. The helpers did an awesome job! The ride coming back in was pleasant and we sat on top of the boat. It was a fun experience! Make sure to tip the Captain and your helper! Great crew and they got the job done! There is also a fish cleaning place at the dock that'll fillet the fish for you at $.80/lb.

Then then let the regulars bring coolers and use braided fishing line. They kept getting tangled in my dad's line. He didn't get a single keeper and only caught 3 fish on a 10 hour trip. Not worth 135 for that.
