For an older crowd mainly. They do have a good book selection. Some of the items are a bit expensive for a thrift shop.

I went there first and I had the absolute worst experience imaginable. Rudest employees with the biggest attitudes. I work retail and I get having one of those days but seriously it's your job to at least pretend to be nice since you're getting paid anyways.. Regardless thank you Buffalo Exchange! Shortly after, she had to go on break so she swapped with a buyer (she was wearing glasses and a pony tail) half way through. She was weirdly abrasive, not friendly, threw my items on the counter with no regard, loud and just overall was not a good person to interact with. Maybe she was autistic and didn't know how to socialize? Maybe she was having a bad day? Who knows. When I asked for the pen to write my store credit total on the card (normally they do this every time you cash out) she gave me, she practically threw it at me. So I threw it back at her after I was done with it. After the obvious uncomfortable interaction, she just walked off. Basic customer service was atrocious as soon as the buyer filled in.

From the entrance, on the right side, you'll see the big racks of their current trends or hip items. Had some nice jeans and also some more dressy wear. I came in on a Yellow Tag day and was able to find some things to restock my closet some. The lady at the register was pretty chill and said they ran out of shopping bags, I was like it's okay I can just carry them out. I guess it matched the discount store vibe lol. They do have a few changing rooms with staff standing right outside if you need anything - thought that was pretty cool. Parking was pretty much almost full when I got there, but was able to find parking right by the front of the shop. Think I'm gonna add this location to my list of thrift shops in the area.

The prices were high across the board, and there were barely any discounts, which already made it hard to justify buying anything. After spending about 30 minutes searching, I finally found an item I wanted, only to be told at checkout that they couldn't sell it to me because it didn't have a tag. I've been to many Goodwill locations before, and this has never been an issue, usually they just retag the item and/or scan something similar and sell it. Instead, I left empty-handed after wasting my time. Between the pricing and that policy, I won't be returning.

Went in to sell, brought it in one trash bag which is no longer accepted, so the girl at the counter said to put my items in a basket. She already seemed annoyed at the fact that i brought in one trash bag with clothes, and then started to tell me repeatedly at the things they were taking: "we are only taking things for summer, so no jeans no sweaters, no long sleeve tops" I said okay but she kept repeating herself and i finally said okay i get it, im just going to put it in because some of the items are name brand, is that ok?" she said "yeah we can take a look at it" She definitely had an attitude and was very short coming. So I added workout clothes as well (lululemon sport bra, summer clothes people are outside and working out you know). Anyways not even like 10 minutes go by and my name is called which is weird, because I put in a lot of clothes like linen pants, body suits, crop tops, etc. Another girl then tells me they didn't take any of the items today. Mind you I came in with a full bag filed with clothes, you're telling me not ONE piece was taken? That's complete bs and I know it was done on purpose because of the girl and her attitude. I was really shocked so I just said "oh really?, ok" and left. This was the first time I've ever been declined of selling my clothes, and I used to come here for years... I didn't even want to donate the clothes there like I usually have done in the past, went instead to Goodwill where I know my clothes will be much more appreciated. Drove 14 minutes out to Buffalo Exchange in Fullerton and immediately got better customer service with friendly employees. Sold a few of my clothes as well. So save yourself the hassle, drive a few minutes out to Fullerton and sell your clothes there.

The website says they accept donations until 3 pm so I arrived around 2:50 pm and a woman told me they stopped taking donations at 2 pm and to return on Tuesday when it was more convenient for them. I told her I only had two bags of clothes and she made an annoyed face and begrudgingly let me drop off the bags while schooling me about how the cutoff is at 2 pm. Um, maybe update your website?! I needed to get those clothes out of my house so I donated the bags, in any other situation I would have taken my clothes, some of which were new with tags, elsewhere. From reading the reviews, I can only conclude that there is a pattern of disrespect and unprofessional behavior. The only other time I've been here they were having a jewelry sale and I witnessed one woman yelling at another volunteer in such a demeaning/condescending manner that I almost left, then she snatched the paper bag with my merchandise from me since she hadn't cooled off from belittling her colleague. Perhaps these ladies should spend their free time taking courses on etiquette and good manners instead of doing the community a disservice with their presence at this establishment. Next time, I'll just drive to Costa Mesa to donate to Laura's House, the staff there are friendly and the clothes are actually cuter and more like what I wear anyway.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.
