The store was having a meeting causing them to open a few minutes late. when the sales rep opened the door to let me in I was rude to her, and it was unnecessary for me to be that way. So, I wanted to apologize to the two female staff on Saturday, May 22 at 10:06am. You get 5 stars for being so professional. I was having a little hard morning, and should have stayed home a little longer to manage myself. We need to be kinder and more understanding to each other, and it starts with me. #kinder

We recently completed a small bar/kitchen area and bathroom project using tile from Floor & Decor…read morein Memphis, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Before placing our order, we requested several tile samples from the Floor & Decor website so we could see the options in our home. After narrowing down our choices, we contacted the Memphis store and were connected with Marsha Turner, a design consultant there. Marsha was incredibly helpful in pulling everything together. She helped us finalize the backsplash selection, recommended the pencil trim that perfectly complements the glass tile, and advised us on the best grout color so the glass tiles would really stand out. Her guidance made a difference in the finished result. Although we live near Little Rock, the Memphis store is our closest location since moving from California. This is actually the fourth home where we've purchased tile from Floor & Decor, and once again the process was smooth and easy. Delivery also went perfectly. The freight truck arrived with a lift gate, and the driver used a pallet jack to place the tile directly in our garage, which made unloading very easy. We're extremely happy with the quality of the tile and how everything turned out. Many thanks to Marsha Turner and the Memphis Floor & Decor team for their help and professionalism.

Go see a doctor, they will tell you what type of mattress you need, then go from there; and if you have a bad back, I am thinking that a doctor specializing in chronic back pain will more than likely recommend a firm mattress and an exercise/stretching routine. Also, MANY stores hire delivery drivers not associated directly with the store. I don't know about this store but think about that before you bash a business due to a bad experience you had with someone that may not even be one of their employees. I don't work there, never have and I have no connection with this business at all. I'm just an old retired guy that will definitely go back to BHF for my future furniture needs.

Today I was at this Dollar…read moreTree with an older Black woman friend, and we witnessed two white employees (an older woman and a mid30ish white man) behave in a way that was not just rude--it was verbally aggressive and deeply alarming towards a black female customer. This customer was followed out of the store by both employees after a confrontation, and the escalation didn't stop there. It was the kind of behavior that tells you immediately: you're not just dealing with a disagreement; you're dealing with a safety risk. This occurred on the sidewalk (and in front of the store) Seconds after the employees came back into the store and immediately went into an office area (*which the woman held the door for me and my friend to enter the store), all of the store lights went out and the employees started yelling from the office area for customers to get out, and the store was shut down abruptly. I felt fear and panic in my body--complete loss of safety and control--so we left immediately. Retail workers should not be allowed to turn a normal shopping trip into a hostile, chaotic situation. This location needs serious accountability, because what happened wasn't "bad customer service." It was frightening conduct and an emergency-level response me and others very alarmed on today. I'm giving this 1 star. I strongly advise people to avoid this location until management addresses what happened and implements real safety standards.

I went to another location earlier that day and did not experience this issue. The lady said ," you have to hang your item on this rack before you try it on." she can clearly see that there were 2 items. Then when I came out, she told me hang both item on the rack. I told her that I am buying the items. She then said that I still have to hang them there.. Then she said that I'm on camera. I don't know if this is something that is done with everybody. I have never stole a thing in my life, nor do I have to steal to survive. No everyone steals. They need to stop assuming that. I hate to play to race card, or the stereotype card. This treatment was horrible. This was on a Sunday, around 1 PM on April 12th. You go out just to have a good day and enjoy the experience, then you have somebody talking crazy to you. I don't care if that was her job. It's common sense. If you see 2 items , then it's 2 items, whether the things are on a rack or not. I understand if its a lot of items that have to be counted. But this is ridiculous. Stop overdoing. I'm sure Ross will not give you a raise just because you are being so diligent.
