This company has been around for a long time with the grandfather then the father and now the sons who are all grown up. All of them Master plumbers. They do very thorough and good work and are really dedicated to getting to the root of the problem and getting the job done right. If they have to go out and get another part or spend extra time solving a problem they absolutely will! I've seen Peter give up his lunch to go pick up something he needed to do here! They've gotten busier and we've had other people here who work with Peter and they all were wonderful. In all honesty the bills are not inexpensive but plumbing never is. You have to keep in mind with plumbing that it is essentially an emergency service. What is good about this company is that they really care about doing the job right, they stand behind their work and they will always tell you the truth about what would be best for you. I call them because I have confidence that they are fixing things the right way and I won't have to have them fixed again for a long time if ever. After some complaining, they removed the evaluation charge but $195 is still too much for not having fixed the issue. Months later, I had a plumbing issue with a bathroom faucet. Just needed to be replaced. I didn't realize I already used them once before. Life is hectic. I lost track. And I was regretting reaching out to them but decided to give them a chance. The universe intervened and said, "nah." They said they'd come around 4PM the same day. They never showed up. I reached out to them asking when they planned to arrive. No response. I took that as a sign to just decline the service altogether. They responded over a day later asking to reschedule. Nah. Never again.

I called in a panic at 8:30 on a Saturday morning with a spraying leak / broken pipe in my house. They answered right away and got the information. They said they would get there ASAP and asked me to text my address. Seconds later I received a text with an exact ETA in about an hr. That being said I live at least 45mins from their offices. Someone arrived right on time and diagnosed the issue instantly. Fixed my problem in less than 20 mins and charged me next to nothing. For an emergency call, 45mins away on a Saturday!
