I highly recommend renting a car from Cesar! If you just need a reliable, clean car to drive for a while, you can't beat Bargain. Cesar rents his cars for a fraction of the price of places like Enterprise. The cars are older, have a few dings but they are reliable cars. i rented last year from him for 6 weeks last year and 6 weeks this year after having some car issues. Cesar is just the nicest man and will work with you. He has various locations to pick up and return cars in the Merrimack Valley. You can pick up in one location and leave it at another location. I have used Bargain Rental numerous times since moving to Seabrook. Ceasar is very accomodating and has always worked to get a car to the location as soon as possible if none were available. Even though one cannot request the type of vehicle (bargain...)I prefer them over Enterprise as they are somewhat forgiving if I stretch the return time.
