He got us to the airport in plenty of time. On our pickup our driver was not waiting with a sign with our name on it. He was inside of his vehicle. We did find him okay but we had a very bad experience on our recent trip and were tired and did not want to look for the driver who was supposed to pick us up. We had an excellent experience last night using Black Tie Limo from Logon airport to Nashua NH. We called Black Tie the night before arrival and they were wonderful. The receptionist made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Their communication was first rate! From immediate confirmation emails to text messages from the driver- you were always kept informed and updated. We were picked up in a Cadillac SUV that was impeccably clean. The driver, Kevin, arrived early, gave us specific directions where to find him. He was in a suit and held an electronic sign with our name on it so he was easy to identify. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. After 24 hours of delays trying to get back home, Kevin and his wonderful service were exactly what we needed to feel pampered and welcomed home. Well done!
