It's a little on the pricey side... but I haven't been to another restaurant equipment store so can't really say for sure just comparing to the commercial restaurant pots from Sam's club. They only had a few selection of the things I came in for but ended up getting other things that I forgot I needed as well. Some things didn't have a price label which I felt was inconsistent through out the store... but it's fine. The cashier was friendly and even gave me 10% off my first purchase! Overall a nice warehouse of things for your restaurant business!

This is an interesting store that has takeout containers, disposable utensils, dressings, jams, canned corned beef, salsa, cleaning products, etc. I paid attention to the "Hot Sale" signs for the best prices and great deals. I found sleeves of cups that my mom likes to use to serve certain desserts. It's challenging to find these disposable cups! I had looked everywhere for them! Now, I find them for $3 ... wow! I think I need to return! I saw packs of plastic spoons for $2. Maybe I should get them for the next family party... Tip: use cash to avoid the 2.5% credit card fee. The need to support local for various packing items KYD, Inc is an awesome place that does provide materials not just to the retail industry but for the general public as well. Nadine C suggested to check this place out which I'm so happy I did though the location is in the Lagoon Drive area which we all know the parking situation is tough though they do have a few stalls right in front of the biz many do drive by and double park behind you so if you find a street parking it's totally suggested the best way to avoid getting blocked. The door is to the left of the building and is actually the Will Call area though they do have a lot of shelves to display their inventory which does include cleaning chemicals, food containers, gloves and many items that you just don't see like foam trays. Their clearance section items starts from $0.50 with sale items from $1 finding items for your event doesn't have to be pricey. Thank you!

In my situation, it was work related, so I decided to shop here. The Compleat Kitchen has basically everything and everything related to the home and the kitchen. While many businesses and commercial spaces utilizes a kitchen or a kitchen like atmosphere, it helps to have all the things that can make it a functional space. When I decided to save money and cook while at work during the week, I came to The Complete Kitchen to find a microwavable porcelain bowl the first time I was here. I looked around the store for 15 minutes before asking for help. The guy who worked there helped me with the request and it was a definitely a cute bowl that I use for oatmeal in the morning and soups during lunch time at work. The second time around shopping here, I needed a reusable porcelain spoon and washable / reusable chopsticks. After looking around the store, I found them near the cashier station. At least I found what I was looking for without assistance the second time around, which was very nice. They had assorted knives and other gadgets that help with meal preparation, along with pans and other items that would make your life in the kitchen better and easier. I'd definitely love them and it's definitely worth time to check out for sure, if you're interested and in the area. And of course, if you love Uber or Lyft, there's that option too as well. Purchase an item of $5 and get one knife sharpened. Hubs said let's both go and have 2 knives done. I found a cute scrubbie for Doc and a new set of measuring spoons that boldly have large colorful measurement equivalents on each in the set. I looked at the trendy beverage cups and they were anywhere from $30 - $45 each. Ring up was fast as they had two cashiers on both sides of the counter. You can purchase plastic bags for 50 cents or cloth ones for 99 cents.

Their prices are a like higher, but they are smaller, and they are local. Went during their bucket sale where everything that could fit in their yellow bucket (which you had to purchase) was 20% off. It's a sturdy bucket and quite a bit could fit. I also had to but a large garden pot that was bigger than their yellow bucket But fortunately it was 15% off so it was still a decent deal. I've had keys made here and they always say to bring it back if it doesn't work, but I have never had to bring it back. Shop local when you can!

Easy access and as you enter IM, there is a compact front showcase section that shows much of what IM carries for wholesale and retail. So many choices here! I met Eric, one of the two owners, who work tirelessly here. It's amazing how much inventory is carried in this business. This company has never let me down in terms of inventory and what its able to provide. Thats because the owner, Trigo, is well connected and has a bevy of resources. One of the biggest inventories in used or refurbished restaurant equipment on the island, I believe, and it also brings in some new stuff from time to time. Trigo is personable and most of all very honest and strives to make sure his customers are happy. Trigo is very helpful with answering questions and really knows his stuff. If you aren't happy neither is he. Id recommend REI for any restaurant business on the island looking to improve.

He responded with anger and said "do I have a frickin choice?" I told him I would load it up myself and he didn't have to worry about it. It was 3:30pm, not 3:55 right before close or something. When I was backing my truck up I could see him angrily ranting to his coworker. When I got out he just said "open the back of your truck...." Choosing to order me around instead of interact with me like a costumer. It took less than 5 minutes for me and the two workers to load the blocks. The unprovoked rudeness has made sure I'll never spend another dollar at Hardware Hawaii. Unless you enjoy being treated badly, spend your money at Home Depot.
