It's a little on the pricey side... but I haven't been to another restaurant equipment store so can't really say for sure just comparing to the commercial restaurant pots from Sam's club. They only had a few selection of the things I came in for but ended up getting other things that I forgot I needed as well. Some things didn't have a price label which I felt was inconsistent through out the store... but it's fine. The cashier was friendly and even gave me 10% off my first purchase! Overall a nice warehouse of things for your restaurant business!

Over the years I've collected a numerous amount of high carbon steel blades from Japan, each one serving its own purpose. And I've tried my best to sharpen them on my own. I found that I can get the knives somewhat sharp, but not as sharp as when I first bought these beautiful knives. I discovered Airframes Tokyo through a friend of mine. I took two of my hardest knives, a large Debba and a long sashimi knife. Both of these blades are single bevel with a concave back. I found it very difficult to get these razor-sharp. A-frames Tokyo took care of these two knives in a single day all hand sharpen, and I received them looking like they were brand new. I went out immediately and bought a block of bluefin tuna to test out a sashimi, knife, and boy it did not disappoint. If you're looking to sharpen knives of any kind American Japanese German this is your place. I would highly recommend. There's plenty of parking and lots of fresh produce in the same building.

The prices are reasonable too! Eric the owner was very friendly and helpful. He showed me different types of cellophane bags for my cookies. He recommended that I buy the lip and tape bags to keep my cookies fresh longer. I bought a pack of 100 lip and tape bags as well as other cellophane bags for other purposes. If you go past the first hoop they will try to blame the problem on someone else, and divorce themselves from the process of solving the problem,,,pass that and they will claim you have to replace all those parts, even if you do not. 15 years ago I tried to use them to fix an obstruction with the pump mechanism of a professional dishwasher. They wanted to change the pumps. One of my employees said this is nonsense, he fixed it removing a small piece of plastic inside the pump. Good bye FEPSCO. If you leave your shopping cart unattended, you may see your cart rolling off in different directions due to the uneven floor. The staff is friendly and helpful.
