It's a little on the pricey side... but I haven't been to another restaurant equipment store so can't really say for sure just comparing to the commercial restaurant pots from Sam's club. They only had a few selection of the things I came in for but ended up getting other things that I forgot I needed as well. Some things didn't have a price label which I felt was inconsistent through out the store... but it's fine. The cashier was friendly and even gave me 10% off my first purchase! Overall a nice warehouse of things for your restaurant business!

If you go past the first hoop they will try to blame the problem on someone else, and divorce themselves from the process of solving the problem,,,pass that and they will claim you have to replace all those parts, even if you do not. 15 years ago I tried to use them to fix an obstruction with the pump mechanism of a professional dishwasher. They wanted to change the pumps. One of my employees said this is nonsense, he fixed it removing a small piece of plastic inside the pump. Good bye FEPSCO. Today I tried to use them again, because Burney's whom I recommend is quite busy, ....They have not changed a bit...unpleasant, and their ethics????

Really have to hold myself back as I could subsist on Japanese snacks alone lol. Love that freshly milled rice is available here, amongst the myriad of bagged rice choices. Hot and cold food available here, along with poke bar and food items of regional fairs regularly held here. Getting here may pose a challenge with lane closures due to rail construction. Once you get here, finding parking is usually not an issue (save special holidays).
