The enchiladas are amazing...I had suizas with chicken inside. Most places use shredded chicken as a filler...but it's usually boiled or not seasoned. The lady used pollo guisado for the filling...so it went perfect with the salsa and the cheese. Bomba! And the menudo...I'll be honest, what threw me off was the texture of the menudo. It was very soft ...but I cannot complain. It had layers of flavors...the tripe was soft..no fat on it. It was clean and perfectly cooked...with lime on it, perfect dish for a Sunday morning.
