[[HIGHLIGHT]]Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had a confirmed grooming appointment for Thursday at 1:30 p.m., and when I arrived, I was told my appointment had been removed. No one bothered to call, text, or email me to let me know it had been canceled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What makes this even more unacceptable is that I had already sedated my service animal specifically for this appointment. Once sedated, my service dog is unable to safely perform the tasks I depend on him for, leaving me without the assistance I rely on and putting my own safety at risk. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call. The complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect shown by this business is inexcusable. They clearly have no regard for their customers' time or the serious responsibility that comes with handling appointments involving service animals. Wasting my time is one thing, but causing me to unnecessarily put my service dog out of work and compromise my safety is another. I strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting this business with their pets. If they can't even be bothered to notify customers that their appointments have been canceled, I have no confidence in the way they operate read more

Marina and Sierra are AMAZING!!! They used to watch my 2 dogs, and would cut my little dog, Kali's nails with no problems! Kali never lets me cut her nails and always screams bloody murder, but when these girls do it, not a peep at all. They have also groomed a couple of my friends' dogs and they do such a great job. We had to find a new groomer because our last groomer decided to move to no Saturday appointments, but we are so fortunate we found this place. Our dog used to need medicine to just relax him enough to enter the groomers, but they are so kind and patient here, he no longer needs to take the medicine at all! I made a Yelp account just to write this review. I have a Great Pyrenees named Millie who has a lot of fur that gets very matted very easily. Every time I take her to get groomed, she always looks beautiful. Her fur is soft, and she smells wonderful, and she looks amazing. I will add that Millie is very stubborn and willful and hard to bathe, but Sierra and Marina are angels and they are so patient with her. Not to mention they are both total sweethearts.
