I went to the Petsmart here in Sudbury and got my st. bernard a full package deal grooming that…read moreday. I had told them to make sure to trim her good underneth bcuz they didnt do a good job last time. No big deal so I came back to pick her up and she looked fine and went back hoe. Then my husband noticed she smelled dirty and told me to check it out myself and noticed even around the genetile area that she was still dirty and her one of her ears were still really dirty. I pulled out a giant piece of ear wax out of her ear! She wasnt bathed like they said she was at all, reason also bcuz she smelled dirty and the hair was still coming off her when we put our hand through it, so it couldnt have been done. I paid 150.00 dollars for this service that i didnt all reiceve and feel ripped off.Im not going back to petsmart again, and will go with a more reiliable and honest groomer next time.

( note * there is no vet techs working here - people are hired off the street with no training) Well considering this place injured my dog, tried to lie / cover it up/ or just not inform the proper chain of command in the process. Then try's to sell me tests to check for there mistake they made.My dog can no longer go on walks. This place Refuses to even admit their mistake. Had to get the info outta a person working the front desk. My dog also had a lump on his back I was told not to worry about, its normal for his age. Can be removed if i like, but once again nothing to worry about. After going to my NEW vet, its very serious and life threatening. all vets have the ability to make mistakes. BUT one this serious? I asked for something and they just brush it off like its nothing! I have gone to this place for 11 years, even brought my new pup there. I now wouldn't trust this place with a mouse. Considering I asked to stay during tested and they refused and now my dogs injured. I will not stop til this place admit what they did publicly, and compensates my dogs new health problems. ... not me.
